Overworked Student
Workers don’t understand you. I sat and repeated myself (calmly) and the worker wasn’t getting it. The manager came over and offered a solution. The worker rolled his eyes. Orders are never right but they shut the window immediately after giving it to you and ignore you so you can’t even tell them it’s wrong. They’ve been out of donuts and instead of informing me, i’ll open the bag and it’s not my donut. When i tell them they go “We ran out.” then please ask. If i want a regular frosted donut don’t give me a long john. Don’t waste time or money. (they won’t refund you)

Have tried to order online multiple times only to show up and them have nothing I ordered. The people that work there are rude and almost impossible to understand. The last time I went at 9 AM thinking I would get fresh doughnut holes both glazed and chocolate, however they were already out of chocolate (never seem to have this flavor in stock) and the glazed tasted like they were two days old. I have given this location three tries and am through giving them a chance.

I just want Dunkin to pick a personality, because every time I go, I never know what I’m getting. It’s giving chaos. One day they snap, the next day it’s straight hot disappointment. The inconsistency is WILD. If I can give a 0 I would. I’m a very loyal and consistent customer especially at the location at the one on Michigan Street, but I don’t feel like the loyalty is given back on this location at the Mishawaka one.
Went again today and went back to get my correct order and I believe the manager said the sweet lady named Kayla, no but she did it anyway and she was literally super helpful and even to the customer next to me. Kayla if you see and hear about this you are a dream and definitely need a raise and or location where you don’t get and have a headache!

Drove through the drive-thru and barely understood the person on the intercom; we had to repeat ourselves more than twice. What I ordered is not what I got in return. I ordered the Hash Brown Brisket Scramble Bowl that is supposed to consist of hash browns, scrambled eggs, smoked cheddar cheese, poblano peppers, caramelized onions, and cheddar. I got no scrambled eggs or poblano peppers and a very small portion. Overall, the service is terrible!!Highly disappointed!!!

I’m not sure why the drinks vary from location to location. I can NEVER get the same tasting drink! Very disappointing and one of the reasons I stopped going. The new late is so good and it frustrates me that I just spent $7 on a damn drink for it to taste like coffee and milk, NO FLAVOR!! I’m sure the ingredients are the same but the employees tend to make the drinks how they want, I suppose!!

Ordered with door dash no sticker on the top of drink and no straw. Didn’t want to chance so I called and they said we dont do the sticker anymore. Sad you have to throw out a 7$ drink for safety.

The Arabic men that work here are all extremely rude. I just needed my drink replaced because it was nasty and I wanted a different one so they wanted to charge me $5.13 for a new drink. I come here VERY often and only these men are rude.

DD is “just okay” to me.
The doughnuts I got were fresh and tasty, but their selection leaves much to be desired. That is why I rated them only a “3,” not because anything was stale or yucky, but I can get the same options at most grocery stores.
That doughnut case wasn’t very big, and the choices were few.
It did smell amazing when I walked in…. fresh coffee and that sugary pastry scent. It was clean and bright.
The cashier man was nice, but glad to be rid of me. He acted like he had better things to do besides wait on me.

Every time I’ve order from here, my orders been wrong. I order thru the drive thru, and when it’s wrong (usually because they misunderstood or misheard me) they don’t correct it and give poor customer service. Go to a different one on your route.
