I went in to get an extra large coffee. I told them I wanted extra large 8 sugar and 8 cream. The girl at the counter asked me 3 times if I wanted a large coffee I said no. She said OK and rung me up. I get the coffee and it was a large. When I told the woman that handed me it and told her that it was supposed to be extra large she kept yelling that I got a large. Finally someone took care of it. I stopped going there to go to Starbucks near Meijer. I will never go back again to dunkn donuts. I only went because my brother wanted a coffee from there.

Ordered an ice cream cake for my best friend, it’s her most favorite cake. I spent $80.00 on the second largest size, it fed everyone with lots left over, with 25 guests at the party. The cake was gorgeous, sooo pretty, she loved it! (*I edited my pic and smudged out her name, for privacy) The cake box is cute and happy, the board the cake was placed on was very sturdy, I really appreciated that. The cake flavor was chocolate, ice cream was Oreo and it was delicious mmmm! I am super satisfied and will order from them again! Thank you BR for helping to make my friends birthday so special!

I ordered a cold brew coffee and they literally filled my cup 80% full of ice. I did not order ice with 3 oz of coffee, I ordered coffee. Huge rip off. Always ask for no ice or you will be paying for ice. I should have said “I didn’t order ice. Please make me a new one with coffee, and barely any ice”, but I was sorta caught by surprise and didn’t slow down to think about it.

Every time I go to a Dunkin donuts, I feel very uncomfortable. This one was no exception. Upon arriving at the register, I was stared at by 3 employees, not smiling, just annoyed, while I took a minute to decide what I was going to get. The latte was good, but they continued to monitor me closely while I sat in their empty shop drinking it.

They can never seem to put cream cheese on the bagel. Its always in a cup on the side. Even when i request it to be on said bagel. Im going there for the convenience of not having to cream cheese my own bagel. Dumb.

I’ve never been in a dunkins w people as friendly as this one. All the employees were smiling, inviting and friendly and my drink was perfection. Definitely worth 10 stars.
