The drive-thru was busy so I went into the store. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged. An associate walked past me about 6 times and did not even look my way. Another associate was sitting at a table eating made eye contact with me and said nothing. I understand being busy but acknowledge the customer. I would have been much more understanding had I not been ignored.

I’ve never seen a business employ some of the most ignorant, incompetent and angry people in my life. Disrespectful to patrons, cannot for the LIFE of them get an order correct and always at the drive thru window with a funky attitude. No one is responsible for the fact that the one dark haired chick with the creepy grin can’t find employment anywhere else and has chosen this as her life long career, but she has zero business working with the public. They take over ten minutes to serve burnt coffee and inform patrons they’re out of half the stuff in the store. A few times I’ve met the ignorant gaze from her as she prepares an order, slamming things around and felt sorry, albeit briefly, because it’s obvious she’s clueless and lacks basic intelligence. What an embarrassment. Service has sucked here for a WHILE and it’s pretty clear why. Bought two coffees today and tossed them right in the trash. FOH with this location. ✌️

By far the worse Dunkin… about 10 employees with two only working at 1pm. No one older than 20 with all being high of something? Ice tea is dark and cloudy. Service is so poor. Restrooms are nasty. If you don’t want to get sick, avoid at all costs

Staff is very rude. The lady at the window today 5/9/23. She had a whole attitude never smiled. Yanked the changed out of my hand when we went to give her the money and asked what the cost of a cup was and wanted to be a smart aleck about it and show the tag not just say it then slammed it down. Dropped change on the ground because she was throwing it in my hand. This is the upteenth time I have been to this location and they are very rude. They mess up your order and give you the incorrect sizes. So done with being disrespected by her and the other staff. Never coming back

My mom and I went to this dunkin and the blonde girl at window was so rude to us, we asked for two coffee she messed our order up and had to pay all over again…she didn’t use any manners and just was not polite at all, she also gave dirty looks and talked to her friends and did not pay attention to her customers at all. Went through the drive thru and the lady working was RUDE and snappy on the intercom. Id rather drive down the road and waste has money on gas then deal with so much attitude with my coffee.
