I was very disappointed with help, they were laughing non stop! $10 for a half dozen donuts, and this is what they do upside down! I’m better off going to the gas station! I’m sorry but the doughnut was like a sponge.

For the past month and a half I’ve been bringing my Stanley 40 ounce mug to get refilled. Now, For some apparent reason, they only do “Dunkin” Brand cups.
I’ve been to multiple locations and this is the first time I’ve been given any hassle. Last time I am going to this location.
ON TOP OF THAT! I ordered a XL black since they denied me my refill; It ended up being decaf.
Terrible service!
Now I see why everyone goes out of their way to go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts.

I always go to the one on Muster DD because their customer service, food, and coffee are consistently excellent, and the staff always feel like friends. However, I occasionally stop by this location because it’s nearby and convenient. Unfortunately, there’s an older man there—probably of Indian descent, judging by his accent—who doesn’t seem happy to be working. He essentially told me he works there. At first, he couldn’t find my online order, even after I showed him four pictures of the order, the order number, and my bank charge. He didn’t bother to look at them and said it was the wrong store. It wasn’t until another employee looked for it that the order was found. Additionally, another customer was charged $15 instead of $5 for a promo cup, and when she asked why, the man said, “I don’t know, if you don’t want it, you can leave it there,” implying he doesn’t really care about his job. If you see him, I recommend avoiding this location to escape poor service.

I bought two gift cards as gifts. One of them worked just fine. The other one it took the person a couple weeks to use it. When they did the card had no money on it. I went to talk to the manager to find out what can be done. Unfortunately the gift card did not come with the activation code. So of course they did nothing about it. The manager was acting as if I was lying to him. Do not biy gift cards from this store. If they stole my money they’ll do it again.

Included is a picture of a disappointing surprise when I got home. Please, do not go there! This was the first time I actually stopped to get something from this horrible place. I should’ve read the other postings prior to go and spend my money there. Health Department should reinspect this establishment twice a week. Then again, Hammond HD is nothing to be confident at all. Do not, I repeat, do NOT spend money here!

I always love to go to dunkin in the am/afternoon for a little pick me up drink since i live down the street but every time ive gone around those times i always have a weird encounter with Bipin. Ive been pulled up to the door to wait for a drink and he will come out to give me the drink but then will lean on my car and ask me personal private questions which led to me feeling uncomfortable. So i now have to go to a different dunkin to avoid this weird encounter.

Literally helping a woman in a wheelchair get inside, and a young male employees sees us struggling and says,”are you waiting for something!?” I said, “no, we’re coming in to eat,” and he said, “oh OK.” Then closes the door right on front of us!!! When I got in, I said “oh, I thought you would help us by opening the door,” and dude looked at us and the woman in the wheelchair and said,’uh, no!”

There are no words to describe the lack of self awareness and mindfulness this guy had, bor the female employee, and manager who all looked at us with annoyance.

Be careful going in with a customer in a wheelchair!

The new black guy in your windows is so unmotivated. He makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience at the windows. I told him this once before. Like what’s wrong with you? You’re at duncan donuts and you’re acting like you got a problem. That’s not a good way to be.

I went in the drive through to order a large Oreo shake. They gave it to me and I drove away. Ended up realizing it was chocolate, not Oreo. I had to turn around and go in for them to give me the right one. They seemed iffy on giving me my correct shake. I ended up getting my correct order, but got nothing in return for having to turn around and go inside for their mistake. I feel that this was kind of ridiculous and not customer friendly. They ended up throwing away their chocolate shake mistake anyways. This isn’t how I would run my business. Now tasting my shake, it was blended way too much and not even good. I threw that away too. I hate dealing with the Hammond Dunkin.

If my food allergy was lethal, they would’ve killed me. I asked them if their maple sugar bacon sandwich has dairy in it, so they removed the cheese and told me it was fine. Before I paid I asked them to ensure the meal was dairy free, they told me it was fine. Received the food and asked again, they assured me I was fine. Lo and behold, they added butter. $11+ dollars I paid for poison.
