This is the second time I’ve gone through the drive thru and this old lady, working the drive thru, was very rude to me! Sorry you have to work, but you need to find a different job. When you’re rude to customers who are being nice and trying to help you, well that’s Not acceptable behavior!!. The first time she was rude to me was just a few weeks ago. She was yelling at the other workers because she couldn’t handle the drive thru, then she get pissy with me! When all I was trying to do was say, “Good Morning!!” What terrible behavior! Get rid of her or take her off drive thru! I didnt deserve getting a attitude when I was being nice and helpful! I dont come to get coffee and a side of attitude from a rude person!! I am very upset!
These are not isolated incidents either. I have come several times and seen her yelling at coworker. You are not better then anyone else and dont get treat people that way! Or me this way! I dont need the 82 cent outside the drive thru window! So stick your attitude about it’s private property and your 82 cent! Damn if you hadn’t been rude, you might have heard me say that you should have someone come get this change!

No one wants someone to be rude to them when they come in to get coffee and a donut! This one is close to my house, but I’ll drive to a different one instead! This ruined my good mood and my day! Thank you for your wonderful attitude!! Please do something about this! One more time and I’m going somewhere else. Plus I see I’m not the one complaining about her!!

The people that give them one star are people that hate life. Ive came her over a dozen times and everytime its been great. The people are amazing (deal with different people everytime) and the donuts are FRESH which is so important. I dont know about the drink but donuts are FIRE! They need a raise lol

I am such a believer in dunkin’ donuts their food is good when it’s cooked proper way for the last three visits my hash browns on the $6 meal deal have been frozen in the center and my egg on my croissant is cold and the croissant’s not even toasted can we rectify this before I really take action

EDIT: Is this barely half full, 1TSP of cheese and a sprinkle of bacon what you call “Loaded hashbrowns???? EVERY TIME it is like this.
I went over to Crown Point the other day and asked for extra cheese because of this and they gave me what was ACTUALLY ADVERTISED…. LOADED HASBROWNS! I WISH I would have taken a photo of that one too.
They are a hit and miss. I order usually the same thing with a slight mix-up at times. I usually get a hot coffee (most always perfect), cream, no sugar, add caramel. Egg bites (always slap) or Egg sausage wrap (50/50) and then a hashbrown or loaded hashbrown… well today I got the “loaded hashbrown” it comes with hasbrowns, cheese sauce and bacon. There was hash, bacon but only a little bit of cheese sauce enough for MAYBE 2 round hashbrowns. Kinda disappointed.
Because of this I am not running on Dunk’n, more like speed walking?

The women in the morning are extremely rude. I get it, it’s early nobody wants to be awake. But to not even say a single word to you when you pull up to the window. Then to proceed to consistently hand me the wrong food/coffee is insane. Just to top it off you get attitude when you want the correct food!

Is the white girl with the piercing with the black hair that usual works around 5pm in the drive thru okay? She ALWAYS has the most horrible attitude. It’s clear she hates her job. But that’s not the customers fault. Honestly, I’ll never go back because there’s a few staff there that seem to always have attitudes. This must be where Dunkin places all the mean people at. I’ll just continue to spend my money at the Gary Dunkin. They always seem joyful and communicates with their customers effectively. They can get my money every time. And the matcha she made tasted horrible. I didn’t even know a matcha could taste so bad.

Opening 40 mins late on a weekday morning is wild. Had drive around to get attention at window when got no response from drive thru or calling them. They were nice when finally spoke to me and already had my Mobil app order ready entire time inside. But I shouldn’t have to wait 15 mins and get your attention to be serviced over half hour after opening.

In the morning you’ll get cut off and yelled at if you don’t order fast enough! After I ordered I felt like crap and just drove off to the Kennedy Dunkin! The girl with the piercings in the afternoon is also so rude! I will also mention hearing the drama in the morning is unprofessional. Watched and heard someone get sent home.
