Food and service are entirely dependent on who is working. Today was not a good day—the staff attitude varied, and frankly, it was poor. I’ve seen the older gentleman who runs the shop care about a sandwich once, maybe twice. Mostly, it feels like he’s just going through the motions and he doesn’t really care about the quality of his sandwich. Expect inconsistency from this location.

i asked for a cookie butter cold brew with the 6 dollar meal deal, they gave me stale hash browns, a burnt bagel, and put CRACKERS on my coffee. i literally had to remind them to put milk in it (which i asked for upon ordering) it’s sad cuz i like to go here before church but the last two times i’ve gone they’ve messed up our order and they just don’t care.

The snacking bacon has no more black pepper on it they say they discontinued this item. But that’s a lie I left here and went to where I should have gone on Indianapolis boulevard. The and they had the beacon there. I should have known not to come here, I brought the $6.99 croissant meal and It was burnt. I will not shop here again. Just letting you know what to expect. Money wasted.

Coffee and food is great, but for some reason this location will jam all of your donuts on top of each other into a bag unless you specifically ask for a box.

I’ve been to this location 2 times and both times were horrible. I only went the second time because I thought it would be better. I went there yesterday and they didn’t have any customers. Asked for two carmel lattes. They were horrible. The cups weren’t even filled up to the line in the cup. We got half of a cup. I spit out the latte. Never again will I waste my money here. For the price I would expect a full cup and for it to taste good. They didn’t give me no receipt so I couldn’t call or do my survey online.

7/2019 As of a year later, this outlet has improved back to the service I was accustomed to. So I am changing from 1 start to 4 starts. (A couple years ago it would have been 5 stars . . . they are still improving and I believe will get there.)
7/2018 As someone wrote, I would have given them no stars, except for the fact that if I don’t, I cannot comment. This last year has been a constant, and I mean constant with every order, screw up. All I order each time is a small decaf with sugar only and 2 old fashion. I get charged for it, yet I never get what I ordered. Today just capped it giving me a muffin instead of 2 donuts. Next time I will have to sit at the drive up window and check my order before I leave.

I went there last night at 7:35. I ordered 4 drinks and 1 donut in the drive thru. The lady in the drive thru speaker replied to me “we have no donuts or munchkins” I was soooo confused. I pulled up to the window and asked why there were no donuts or munchkins. Her reply: “we threw them all away” I then said, “it’s only 7:35” …they still had almost a half hour til closing. She began making excuses and said “people usually stop coming at 7:15”
I was in shock. All I know is the boss needs to know the workers are throwing away product that I wanted to buy. Not to mention the fact that everyone in my car got a treat except for my little boy that wanted a donut. I can’t even!!!!!!
