This Dunkin has gone down hill. I live down the street and we now have to go out of our way to get Dunkin on route 30. The one on main street just doesn’t care. I ordered bacon egg and cheese bagel and I received it minus the bacon egg and cheese. Not hard to read and make a sandwich people.

Don’t waste your time at this one. Go somewhere else.

After sitting in the line watching this young lady for 3 minutes have a conversation in the drive through, I decided to go in the store. Once I went in the store, and waited an additional 2 minutes as she laughed and continued her conversation, I then was told to wait longer as another employee walked past. Horrible customer service!! She had a brown Dunkin sweat shirt on.

Always a great experience at this Dunkin! The staff is friendly, fast, and they always get my order right. My coffee is made perfectly every time, and the food is fresh and hot. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the team here actually cares about their customers — they greet you with a smile and make the morning rush so much easier. Definitely my favorite Dunkin to stop at!

My son and i stopped at this place evening of January 30th, snow storm just started in the area. My son wanted a breakfast sandwich so we ordered through drive thru. Woman who took our order was so rude during the ordering process. Gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she’s just hanging a bad night. Met her at the window and tried to lighten up the mood but lady is not having it. Even my boy, who’s oblivious with his surrounding, noticed the behavior. He said chic fil a workers are much better he ain’t wrong ‍♀️

Absolutely hurt by the behavior of this staff. I am an avid DD girl and always ensure that my budget allows for a DD treat every morning. I also treat others with respect because I used to work in the food industry as well and I know how stressful it can be.
This time, I took a different route because of the construction. My go to DD is the one on (10970) Broadway. (VERY PLEASANT STAFF.)
When I pulled into the DD this morning, there were two other cars in all of the drive through. So, they were not as busy. (Now I see why.)
I asked for a medium Iced Latte and a sausage egg and cheese wake-up wrap. I also let them know ahead of time to please provide me with a “sipping lid” rather then the straw lid.
Well when I pull up to the window, I paid and asked him for the sipping lid again since they gave me the straw lid. He goes to the back and gets me the straw lid. I said no, I need the sipping lid please. And so he turns around and throws the lid and marches with much frustration. I was shocked. He then comes back and is talking in his native language upset and hands me the sipping lid. I am also bilingual so I can understand when someone is upset and when they are not. (Even if you don’t speak the language, you can tell.) This man was talking in his native voice over me and not listening to me at all. I tried to talk to him in English and he continued to speak in his language.
My last negative incident here I brushed off assuming he was in a bad mood but it seems as though this older man should not be at the window. A few months ago I stopped in to this same DD and when I went to pay with my Apply Pay, he said “ughh you’re paying with apply pay? Just give me phone” and tapped my phone rather then bringing the machine to the window. Note: I would’ve been okay with him taking my phone and tapping it without the attitude.
Lastly, I arrive to work and my drink is fine, but my wake up wrap looks like this. This incident was definitely my last straw for this establishment. They won’t be seeing me again.
Update: My husband called in and he said that when my husband asked to speak with the manager that although the manager was very apologetic, the women who answered said, “Some guy wants a manager.” So apparently the older man is not the only upset employee with a bad attitude.

Very frustrating drive-thru and sloppy food (pictured). How do you mess up a donut that bad?? There’s a tiny parking lot and one way street in a “U” shape. Of course, there is a specific lane for the drive through and a big, painted patch of road saying “DO NOT BLOCK”. If you don’t block it, people will cut right in front of you and everyone behind you in the long line. I have seen it before, but at those times I decided to just park and walk in. Today, I was the unfortunate one who got cut right in front of as I was trying to pick up my mobile order scheduled for that time, while it was getting cold. I honked and told the person they cut in front of me and everyone behind me, but they did not care. I then told the workers through the speaker that someone cut everyone waiting and they said they noticed. They simply gave the lady her food anyways and she left. I then asked them at the window why people were constantly allowed to be cutting in line in front of those of us who are courteous enough not to block everyone’s only exit in the one-way. The guy at the window said, “Don’t worry about it”. So, at the end of the day, these workers just don’t care and everyone is able to cut the line here. Very frustrating way to start the morning – cut in front of and given a cold sandwich and a sloppy, wet (???) doughnut. This was my last straw at this location, as they had already given me a hot chocolate with a wet napkin inside it! The Merrillville location has always been better, so I will make the slightly longer drive to avoid a frustrating start to my day.

Food was a mess when they handed it to us. My wrap was a little burnt it still tasted good though. The service however was not great the guy at the drive through had such a scowl on his face that made you feel terrible for coming there. God forbid you ask him for napkins. Sheesh. Put a new friendly person at the window.

Worst customer service ever. First of all, I ordered a sauage egg and cheese croissant and a med iced caramel coffee with cream and LIQUID sugar. When they hand me the drink I can see sugar crystals so I ask gave it back. I’m not a Karen so I was actually polite about it. When they got it back, not only did the woman say “that’s not what you ordered” to which I responded “yes it was, I made sure he changed it at the intercom” but then I saw her turn around and hand the drink to someone and all he did was shake it and she handed it back. Like I said- not a Karen so I let it slide. But then when she handed me the drink and and I was waiting for my sandwich, she said “anything else?” I said “yes, my croissant please” she snatched the bag off the counter and handed it to me before slamming the window. Normally I have no problem with this dunkin but today was outrageous. I’m very disappointed with both of my items.

You don’t Know me
We ordered a mango daydream which as you can imagine is supposed to be bright orange only to be handed something that looks like coffee and tasted like you put strawberry flavoring in a day old pot of coffee. When we handed it back we had to explain to two different people that Mango’s are orange and don’t taste like old shitty coffee w strawberry juice thrown in. The two people I spoke with have literally worked there since I was in elementary school.
