The girls here are super rude. They open the window, don’t respond to hello or thank you, just hand you your order, all while giving you a dirty look.
The food gets overcooked to the point you can’t eat it because it’s rock hard. I’ve had to stick to only ordering drinks because I’ve wasted so much money on food that ended up being completely inedible. Do better and have more pride in what you’re giving to customers.

Customer service matters, and they get it right. Had an issue today, which is understandable considering the weather and everyone likely being stressed. I was a bit impolite about it at first and the level of understanding was appreciated and defused the situation quickly. My issue was handled well, and I just really appreciated how kindly too.

I have had enough with the service at this location. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it’s newer. I have been pulled forward from the drive through line multiple times and then completely forgotten about. Left today without my food (which was only one order of hash browns). Watched as dozens of cars were helped as I sat and waited. You lost a customer today. I won’t be returning.

I purchased 2 dozen donuts & 2 mugs of Joe from this location on 9/20 around 6:30 AM. I was a little taken aback by the employees laughing at me when I ordered. I asked them if it was okay to purchase this much & they hesitantly said yes & continued to giggle & give me odd looks. They did fulfill my order I was just surprised at the way they treated me, I mean it IS a coffee & donut shop. However, I want to thank Katie (manager) from this location for tracking down a 2 week old receipt for me for a reimbursement. She went above & beyond to get this taken care of for me! She is not aware of the service I received as I did not complain or speak to a manager. I just wanted to leave a fully honest review. Katie was awesome!

Got charged double just because I didn’t want a regular coffee with my meal only to see that the food was not even edible. Soggy hash browns and the sandwich just smelled weird. Drink was good, so not a complete waste of $13.

This Dunkin is brand new and is next door to a surgery center. I had a surgery today and when I got out I was starving from fasting for 15 hours. The coffee was fantastic, best I’ve had in years! So I thank them for that. My bacon egg amd cheese croissant however was absolutely AWFUL. The entire thing was burnt to a crisp. Inedible. I didn’t realize that until we were 10 miles away on the highway already and I am in pain or I would have went back. I’m just really mad that I’m starving and in pain and they sell me a burnt up pile of trash. The coffee was fantastic though. My drive thru order number is 278 from 11:37:47 am, today Dec 4, 2024.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and they tell me they can’t do what I’m ordering. I’ve been ordering the new refresher from other Dunkin’ Donuts with almond milk. I do not like oat milk and they’ve done it with no problem. This location doesn’t consider what their customers like vs what they don’t like. Was told by the young lady at the drive-through that they can’t make the drink with almond milk. I was a bit disappointed, but it’s OK. Missed opportunity because yummy with almond milk!
