Second time today that I pay for a large latte and get it only 2/3 full, including whip cream. First time I let it be. Today my husband got it and I didn’t see it until he got home. Very frustrating! Check your lattes.

First and second time this has ever happened to me. The coffee cup was cracked and spilling all over my car. Eventually I got a third coffee which was double cupped. The inner cup was leaking into the outer cup. I had mentioned to the staff that if two cups in a row were cracked in the same place it’s probably the whole stack that’s broken. They seemed content to keep using the broken cups

Staff was courteous, and accommodating.
(I asked if my cinnamon muffin could be warmed real quick, and the cashier didn’t hesitate!) Also, I noticed a nice diverse staff of age, gender and race. They seem to work well with each other and still providing great service.
It was also nice to see TV present but not loud enough to disturb conversations or a light reading. A great spot for a quick stop, or linger with coffee and donut.

I mistakenly ordered my online order to the wrong location. I pulled up in the drive thru and noticed but was okay with paying my purchase a second time. Today was national coffee day so I was excited about having a free coffee. When I go to make the small purchase for my coffee the employee and manager let me know I no longer could have it due to already using the QR promo code at the other location. Neither of them were willing to help me and I had a stressful day prior to this and just wanted to enjoy a coffee. Needless to say I will not be returning to Dunkin’ Donuts. There are WAY better coffee shops and donut shops literally everywhere anyway.

Long line Labor day weekend, but it moved quickly. Yummy donuts as always. Apple cider was surprisingly good! Staff friendly and pleasant. Much needed vanilla coffee was a little too sweet, so I will adjust for next time. Thanks for making the 8yr old daughter’s morning happy sprinkly!

I have always had great experiences at this location. But today I went through the drive-through to get a everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and this is what I got. There wasn’t even a plastic knife included. How am I supposed to add the cream cheese to it? Never have I been to a Dunkin’ Donuts in the more than 30 years that I have been going and not had the cream cheese already put on the bagel. I don’t mean to sound like this is first world problems which I admit it is.

I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. The coffee is always the perfect level of sweetness and temperature. And the food is always hot and delicious. Service is snappy. And I can tell it’s 100% because of the employees. I really hope they retain all of them during renovations.

Walked in to get a couple donuts and a coffee. Guy behind the counter was busy blowing his nose ( into a handkerchief )
I asked him to wash his hands – seems kind of normal ?
He walked to the sink – sprayed some water on his hands – and walked back to the counter. Got out the same handkerchief and wiped off his hands….
Really ?!?!
I am not going to support this level of nonsense.
