I hate to do this because I drink Dunkin everyday by my house. But they were rude. Threw my ticket away because I went to the restroom. Made my coffee wrong. Charged me to much and the manager was also rude. I stop here everytime I take my son to his appointment in Cincinnati (for the last 3 years) and this is this first time I have been treat this way. But it was so bad. And when I filled out the survey. The manager that treat me like crap is the one that called me. Still got the same response. Ill find a different one on my route going forward.

The girls here were all really funny and friendly. You can tell it’s a fun place to work and it’s great to see people who are actually enjoying being at work! They taught me how to pronounce the name of the town
Shout-out to these girls- they were working hard and having fun doing it. Service, drinks and food were great as well. Clean location.

Never had such a disgusting coffee. It seriously has an old bitter taste. Not vanilla at all one drink and it turned my stomach! Highly do not recommend getting coffee !

Went through drive through to order 2 drinks and donuts. Was waiting for them to ring up second drink to order the munchkins…the girl says okay to second drink and says pull forward. We pull forward and they give us 1 drink and ask to pull to second window. When we get to the second window they just look at us and walk away and then come back and say did you need something so my husband tells them we’re missing a drink and they say yes what was it we can ring it up back here and you can pay and we’ll get it to you. We left! A bunch of young adults/teenagers giggling and laughing at my husband and I the whole time! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Service is always top notch and friendly. I asked for black tea in my refresher and it was done right! Nice container for a wonderful assortment of donut holes. Only Dunkin’s Donuts store I will go to.

I stopped by on Wapakoneta’s new DD Dunkin donuts. It is a good addition to the choices of coffee and fast bites to eat in the area. Their menu includes hot and iced coffee, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, bagels and muffins. There was a variety of different types of donuts in the glass cases. They have about 8 different flavors of coffee to choose from. I liked the menu of breakfast and lunch items. The “Snacking Bacon” is a great idea, I will surely be back for more!

Drinks… absolutely awful. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I have visited a couple of times thinking maybe it was just a bad cup but no. Each time I think the coffee got worse. I’ve had them remake my drink and it was still terrible. The service I had today was despicable. It was absolutely atrocious. My elderly father was with me and the lady who spoke with him was disgustingly rude and questioned him about the bad drink.
