My boyfriend went there to pick up my mobile order while I was at work. I got the notification that it was placed. He went through the drive through twice and they proceeded to keep telling him that the didn’t have the order. So he went inside and they once again said they had no web orders. She asked for proof which he had. Then he saw my order sitting on the counter and told them that it was right there. They proceed to sit and laugh at him because they thought it was funny. Eventually gave him my order. There is no reason they should be laughing over a mess up on their own part. Like you are messing with peoples money at that point. Completely unacceptable. I’ve never had issues with the workers there. Have some decency towards others or find a new job that’s not working where you interact with people.

the people are cool but they serve the worst food. granted it’s dunkin and no matter what location you go to it’s quick food so it’s not the best but this location specifically serves the worst food out of any location i’ve gone to and i’ve traveled from here to texas stopping in all states. if you order any bagel they either give you a disgusting amount (which btw i’ve asked for it to be on the side and it was expired once) or its dry. if you get avocado TOAST you get avocado bread no toast. if you get anything with bacon it’s as if they don’t even heat it up. it’s genuinely disgusting every single time. i only get food here if i am absolutely starving and im disappointed every time. i mean how hard is your minimum wage job?

Everything about this location is great, except for the food – they never serve fresh hot food, at least not to me and I’m a very frequent regular. I never have time to complain and ask them to remake my food because I’m on a time limit, but I shouldn’t have to. I worked in food industry for 14 years so I know how it can be but still, they know they’re serving cold food.

I ordered a medium iced matcha latte. It was supposed to have three scoops of matcha with it, but I’d say this was a dusting. Ended up with an expensive iced milk drink instead of matcha.
Very disappointed. Location wasn’t busy so I’d think that without any kind of rush going on, drink orders would be a little more accurate.

Whenever I order a matcha green tea from here I basically pay over $6 for a big cup of iced milk. This has happened many times. Not only do they overfill it with ice, but they also make poor quality drinks. I’ll be getting this drink from Starbucks going forward as this has never happened there.
