Don’t sleep on these young people in customer service! Shya at this Dunkin Donuts, a young employee made my day, even though I forgot to stop at the speaker to place my order! She wasn’t mad, she took my order with a smile! The coffee was nice and hot and always good! There are still young adults that know how to give excellent customer service! Thank you Shya.

Pretty disappointed
I just started buying my coffee drinks from Dunkin instead of McDonald’s a couple weeks ago. I go everyday & get a medium carmel craze iced latte with 8 pumps of Carmel. I’ve not had any issues until yesterday & today. Yesterday my drink didn’t taste anything like Carmel. Today I tell them about yesterday & to make sure they put 8 pumps in this time.
I get my drink & it barley has any whip, coffee dripping down the sides & tastes nothing like Carmel. I asked the young girl working the cash register (she is always so sweet) if she could have someone remake it & they did, only to make it the exact same way, barley any whip & I taste no Carmel… I wasn’t about to have them make it again so I just took it.
There is 1 guy & 1 girl that is always working up there late afternoon usually & they make it the best, never caught their names but I’m not buying anything else from this store unless one of them are working.

So I just went to order two dozen donuts. Two of the three staff members were polite and said they’d be right with me. However, the girl that was working the drive-through was extremely rude. She happened to wait on me because the others were busy. As I was trying to pick out the donuts that I wanted to purchase, I asked her how many I had left in one of the boxes. She gave me the rudest look as if she was annoyed by me asking. A manager honestly needs to have a sit down with her and teach her what customer service is all about. She may have been having a bad day, but believe it or not, I am too.
I am going into work today because I am the manager at CSBHD, and a future student was trying to get enrolled and because of his crazy schedule, he has had to reschedule several times. Today was a good day for him to meet with me, so I am going to work to accommodate him. He is not the reason I am having a bad day.
My reason for telling you this is to show that even though I’m having a bad day, I will do whatever it takes to accommodate someone else and I will provide them with the best customer service I can and make them feel welcome. It’s what you do when you genuinely care about people and you work in a service type industry.
May she have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and hopefully she will learn from this because she knew I was upset. I told her I was sorry and she understood the reason behind my apology. It was because she made me feel as if I was bothering her.

They refused to sell me hot food at 2:45. They dont close for another 4 hours but the manager said they turn their ovens off between 2:30 and 3 because they throw away a lot of food. I could understand if it was like 6 or something. Why have afternoon eats on your sign then. Do better

Love my Dunkin! Everyone here is absolutely awesome and almost always smiling. You are usually in and out pretty quick, and my coffee is great. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches are great too!
