I ordered my food at 6:57 a.m. through the app, arrived at the store at 7:10 a.m. And I didn’t walk out of the store until 7: 31am! My food was ready at 7:10 a.m. And it took them 21 minutes to make a small frozen hot chocolate. And that was with me asking them repeatedly for my drink. Now that my food was ice cold, they refused to remake my food. Not that I had time to wait 20 minutes for them to remake a hash, brown and avocado toast. The most amazing part was they had to audacity to get attitude with me that it took them 35 minutes to make a hash brown, avocado toast and small frozen chocolate.

Update: went there again today on 9/14/25. The worker gave a woman the wrong drink and she said “this is not my drink can you remake it please” the the worker snatched it from her said really rude stuff to her coworker and the slammed the drink back on the counter. Dunkin actually got my order correct but tasted weird.

08/27/2024 – First time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. Nice and clean space with same name decor. The team members were on the move to handled orders as requested. I ordered their Cinnamon Roll Donut, French Cruller, a medium black coffee, and an assorted dozen of donuts. Also, they are mobile order friendly. Nice and friendly service. Parking out front walking distance to the DD. Decent prices.

I tried reaching out to Dunkin multiple times about our experience here, at first they were responsive, and then they stopped receiving messages. I spent nearly $30 with my daughter here. They gave us burnt food. It was disgusting! My daughter asked for her hashbrowns to be extra crispy, they were wet from moisture and soggy. However, my bacon wraps were extremely burnt. My daughter heard the employees say, those are burnt. And she was thinking they were talking about the hashbrowns being extra crispy. No, they were my bacon wraps. Yet they still serve them? Dunkin told me the owner of this franchise was going to contact me, however, he/she did not. We love Dunkin’ Donuts and support them. But this was highly disappointing, especially knowing no one even responded. Or cared. $30 was a huge treat for us – and to spend that kind of money for junk – and no response?? Not cool.

They have my favorite donut called the Bismark, yeast donut with white cream filling and chocolate frosting on top. They have also opened the dining area with some spacing of tables. It’s a nice little respite place to take a breather especially if you are just coming in from on the road. I recommend this location.

Nice coffee shop with outgoing, friendly personnel. We went in and our mobile order was ready to go. They even gave me a small cup of whipped cream for our furry friend. He lapped it up and now Dunkin is his best friend!

Everytime I order my ice coffee it’s different either its not enough milk or it’s perfect. The service is just the same, either they are really nice or they just don’t care enough to have a conversation. Really miss the only manager, she really made the place more lively.

Coffee is great as always, both times ive went the cashier was mouthing off to a customer when someone got their order wrong. Id advise going to the one near kroger mall as ive had 0 issues there. This one is always extremely loud, busy, and overall terrible with service to customer relations

Haven’t had a correct order in years. Ordered one turbo shot. Got charged for 3. Told them I didn’t want 3 turbo shots. They told me it would be fine. I don’t understand how they stay in business.
