I ordered a large iced caramel coffee very simple 10 caramel one cream I got one caramel no cream my coffee taste is absolutely horrible and I’m not eligible for a refund if you’re going to charge $6 for a coffee make sure your employees know how to make it this is now the second time I have ordered from here and it has been wrong it’s a shame it’s literally wrote out on a ticket and you guys can’t even follow simple instructions

I’ve had the same drink order for 5 years not just 5 years but every day for 5 years. My usual Dunkin all know be by name… it’s never been $8.06 so when I pulled up I knew something was wrong. They didn’t give me a receipt I had to ask for it. I assumed they made an honest mistake so I pointed out to them they charged me for two large fountain drinks. After politely discussing it with 3 employees their explanation was because I ordered two espresso shots over ice they had to charge me for two large cups of ice. No explanation of why they charged me for two I didn’t ask for two cups of ice or large cups simply two espresso shots over ice. I never received my two fountain drinks I was charged for.
My charge for an ice water was $0.00. But because I asked for iced espresso it was the cost of 2x fountain drinks.
Dishonest, deplorable people.

I have went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, a couple times each time they have been extremely rude and rushing. I gave them grace because I work with people from different countries and understand different cultures, but today was the last straw. I went through the drive-through and the attendant told me that he could not hear me so I spoke up when I proceeded to speak up he started to yell at me, completely rude and short and then when I asked him to stop yelling at me, he told me I could just leave. I was taken back and this was the last experience I wanted to have before extremely busy day teaching the youth I encourage everyone in the Loveland area stop patronizing this business until they learn how to treat us

I really love dunking but I have tried to give this place so many chances. They rush me as soon as I get to the window and I don’t even have a second to look. The way they speak to customers is like they don’t care to help you. I have seem them with my eyes making food with no gloves on. I have never had a good experience with this dunkin.

This location will try to hand you 6 different orders before they hand you your order, EVERY morning. My orders are never made right, it’s like they strive to give me the opposite of what I want, order a bacon egg and cheese sourdough no egg, I get a sourdough sandwich with only egg no bacon no cheese, if i order cream and sugar in my coffees it’s always nonexistent. The one time I made a comment on how this was an EVERY morning thing I received 5 donut holes when I purchased 10.

They always have plenty of selection, the service is friendly, efficient, and accurate.
I stop in fairly often just for a black coffee, but I’ve never had a bad experience in three years.

My initial review from 8/25 was removed with who knows how many others!! *** Ordered through the mobile app when I was pulling in. Got to the window and the worker was very nice but I tasted the coffee (cold brew with brown sugar syrup and pumpkin cold foam) and it tasted like water. The cold foam had no flavor and neither did the coffee. I pulled back around and asked if I could just have a refund because I didn’t want it and the manager or owner (not sure) interrupted me talking to the worker. He was super rude and saying “this is what you ordered and I said I know but it has no flavor (which she repeated “she is saying it’s not good”). He kept pointing at it and saying he was not giving me a refund and tried to force me to order something else (which clearly I didn’t want). I pulled away as I told him I was not dealing with him and he just laughed at me. Will never go again to this location. The worker was super nice and did nothing wrong.
