Went there for the first time this morning and the lady at the window talked over me the whole time I ordered and then was rude to me at the window. They don’t know how to make matcha w/ hot water in order to melt the honey to sweeten the matcha for their customers instead gave me honey packets that would just sink to the bottom as i got an iced matcha. Learn how to be flexible with your customers orders.

I got a variety of donuts (8) and a hot and an iced mocha. The drinks were definitely off. Neither tasted right. Only realized when I got home. Donuts were delicious.

Needs training! Why would you send a sandwich out burnt yes burnt. If you order a sweet drink like brown sugar mocha it should taste like that not like chocolate milk with sugar added. To top it off no number you can call I called the customer care line at 1030 am got recording no one available at this time
