I’m really disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. The employee taking my order forgot one of my drinks, and when I brought it to her attention, she seemed annoyed instead of apologetic. When the missing drink was finally made, it was the incorrect size. When we simply asked whether we were charged for a medium or a large, she brought a manager over herself even though we never asked for one. We were just trying to clarify the charge. It made the situation unnecessarily more escalated. Throughout the entire interaction, she was on her phone and came across as rude and uninterested. There was no apology for the mistake, and the attitude made the situation even worse. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and disrespectful behavior is not acceptable

Very poor customer service!! If I had the option to assign a rating of zero, I would certainly do so. Should you seek exemplary customer service, I must advise that this establishment is not suitable for your needs.
Employees are frequently observed engaging with their mobile devices, neglecting customers who are left in protracted lines, as their personal matters appear to take precedence over their professional responsibilities. This situation is decidedly unacceptable. Very rude and employees need training to actually speak to their customers not ignore. Won’t be back here!

went there bc it looked nice and newer and was closest to ikea where i was. and girl was rude and didn’t make my drink correct. got the choc strawberry daydream refresher gave me oat milk and chocolate coldfoam- no strawberry at all. also had her headphones in and hardly said anything besides our total and if i wanted a straw.

Small coffee no sugar just Carmel and creamer. It was incorrect on the screen so I said repeated no sugar just Carmel and creamer. Screen was fixed told to pull forward. Got to window was given my coffee, drove away got to work tasted my coffee there was so much sugar stuck to the bottom, the straw clogged. I open then cup and it is fill with sugar!! How petty and immature of them! I called and told them what happened and the child on the phone laughed and said we can remake it if you come back….absolutely not! Don’t waste your money here.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Dunkin’. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, I clearly asked for oat milk, but they used regular milk instead. On top of that, the person taking my order turned off the speaker before I was even done ordering, which left me completely confused. I said “excuse me” just to get her attention again, and instead of helping, she got an attitude.
When I tried to correct my drink size from medium to large, she sounded annoyed, and when I pulled up to the window, she was literally waiting to confront me. She told me there was no need to be “rude” for saying “excuse me,” which I thought was completely uncalled for. My drink ended up tasting awful — it was basically just milk. I even tried to explain to her that there was no reason to act like that, especially since I’m literally the paying customer, but she just closed the window in my face.
Honestly, this kind of service is unacceptable. I go to Dunkin’ all the time, and I’ve never been treated like that anywhere else.

got an ice latte with an extra show of espresso and the drink itself tasted burnt. idk if the coffee was old or what but it was disgusting and undrinkavble. along with waiting 5 min at the speaker for someone to take my order.
