In the picture the one with the pink nails holding is was my apparent Remake and the other one showing my order is the first drink. My fiancé went in trying to tell them it was the same and I wouldn’t like it and they told her welp there’s nothing we can do about that. I normally don’t write reviews but the past few times I’ve been to dunkin in Oxford they have refused to remake my drink and telling me that there’s nothing wrong with it. Normally I just take the wrong drink but it’s so disappointing. I don’t wanna just suck it up and drink something I don’t like. I even tell them I don’t mind paying extra to fix it and it does nothing. Me and my sister used to come to Dunkin all the time in highschool but it’s so unfortunate that I can no longer go there because they are nothing but rude most of the time.

It I could give this a zero out of 5 stars I would. I waited over an hour inside of the building and my order was not taken and the staff was so incredibly rude. No acknowledgment of the guest that we’re waiting patiently and the food was horrendous. Never coming back.

I have had a thing for Dunkin ever since I was a kid, back when they were Dunkin Donuts, and they had a location in Richmond. Unfortunately, they closed, and I have longed for it ever since. I was excited when I found out a location opened in Connersville, but disappointed when I found out it was drive thru only. I later found out the other closest location was in Oxford, so while I was on vacation, I decided to make a drive over there for lunch and to get some coffee and donuts and their munchkins. For lunch, I had a Chicken and Roasted Pepper Wrap, Glazed Chocolate Donut, and Diet Pepsi. It was delicious. I ordered an Americano Iced Coffee for the drive home. I loved it! I also ordered half dozen donuts and a order of 10 munchkins. My donuts included Glazed Chocolate, Vanilla Sprinkled, and Jelly. My munchkins included Glazed Chocolate, Jelly, and Blueberry. I even took some to my parents when I got home. They were all delicious, and I would probably go back sometime. I hope management is reading this and brings one back to Richmond. I know the perfect location, where Tim Horton used to be.
UPDATE: October 27, 2023-I returned to Oxford to Dunkin, because I enjoyed it when I went in August, and I decided to do it once a month. I was too busy last month, but this time, I was going to get donuts for myself and my parents. When I got there, I found a sign on the door saying the inside was closed for cleaning from 12-4 PM, and to use the drive through. I wasn’t going to get a dozen donuts and Munchkins through the drive through, so I just settled on lunch and went to the TJ Maxx parking lot across the street to eat. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwich, a Pumpkin Cold Cream Brew, and a Pumpkin Muffin. The Pumpkin Cold Cream Brew was delicious! The Grilled Cheese Sandwich was delicious, too. The Pumpkin Muffin was crumbly and got crumbs in my car, so I had to wait until I got home to eat it. I wanted a Pumpkin Donut, but they were out of them. I am not mad at them for having the inside closed, but I will return next month to get donuts.
UPDATE: November 25, 2023-I returned to Oxford to get donuts, but also to try Christmas drinks. I ordered a Medium Cookie Butter Cold Brew and Loaded Hash Browns. They were delicious! The Cookie Butter Cold Brew should be available all year round! The donuts came in a Christmas box. I chose Vanilla, Vanilla Sprinkled, and Apple Crumb donuts. My munchkins were Glazed, Glazed Vanilla, Glazed Chocolate Cake, Blueberry, and Jelly. They were all delicious! I will be back in December for more, until Richmond brings them back!
UPDATE: May 11, 2024-I finally came back when the weather was warmer. I wanted to come during the winter months, but the weather was too cold. I ordered a Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich, an Iced Macchiato with Whole Milk, and a Glazed Donut. It was all delicious. I will be back. Of course, I wanted to take back to Richmond some donuts and Munchkins, but they were out of the Munchkins, so I settled for the donuts. I took home Boston Cream, Frosted Donuts with Sprinkles, and Frosted Donuts. They were all delicious to have at home and to share.
UPDATE: August 31, 2024-I returned to Oxford for Dunkin, and it was Labor Day weekend, and the Miami University students were back, filling the place, and creating a long line, but I was willing to wait. I ordered a Medium Almond Spice Coffee, which had pumpkin in it, and a Bacon and Egg Croissant. This was absolutely delicious! Of course, I had to take back donuts and munchkins back to Richmond. I ordered Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry Frosted Donuts with Sprinkles. I also ordered Boston Cream, Blueberry, Jelly, and Glazed Munchkins. My family and I enjoyed them. I will continue to come here until Richmond gets a Dunkin back!
UPDATE: November 23, 2024-I came back in time to try the holiday drinks, and bring back donuts to Richmond. I ordered the Medium Cookie Butter Cold Brew, the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, and a Vanilla Frosted Donut with Sprinkles. They were delicious!

Overall experience I’m gonna have to go ahead and say a -10/10 …. the sandwiches were so flavorless I literally thought I had covid again. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese sandwich which they charged me for but gave me bacon. I ordered a large chai and they gave me so much ice there was barely any drink at all. I got like 5 drinks out of the whole thing

I think if you’re going to order from the Oxford OH location you should probably check your order before leaving. My ‘signature series’ pumpkin latte was about three fingers short of beverage, and what normally should be topping it was totally absent. So, I essentially paid extra for empty space.
I worked in food service for many years, so I’m not really picky. Yeah, mistakes get made. But the Oxford, OH location seems to have a much higher percentage of errors compared to the other drive through joints I hit up in the morning for breakfast. Which is sad.
Dunkin – you *can* do better. Please try.

My husband and I go to Dunkin’ Donuts in Oxford, Ohio daily. My husband loves the Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with Green Tea. However, over the past several months there has been no consistency in how our drinks are made, and when we bring it to the attention of the employees, they just repeat the phrase, “it’s a pre measured drink.” Well, that would make sense if the drinks were always made the same each time we go. They are obviously NOT made the in a pre measured fashion each time. After purchasing this drink that was not even filled, as you can see in the picture, my husband asked the girl if there was even green tea in the drink, as she snapped that it was a, “pre measured drink.” She would not add any green tea and refused to do anything about it. She said that she was the manager and if we called and spoke to the owner, he would say the same. The lack of consistency and rude treatment lately at this Dunkin is getting out of hand. I guess we will go back to Starbucks as their drinks are at least made consistently and they aren’t rude if something isn’t right. If something is “pre measured” as they claim, it should be made the exact same way each time and we would not have to bring it to their attention.

Literally the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Been here on many occasions because I don’t want to pay for Starbucks prices. It is absolutely RIPPING RIDICULOUS that my car is HAD NOT MOVED IN 7 MINUTES. Then when I go to order I get asked for a mobile order and when I say no I get told to wait even longer after I waited 10 minutes already!!! Not to mention I got a simple iced latte no modifications and still had to wait a few more minutes AT THE WINDOW for my coffee to be ready. What should have been a simple 5 minute or so trip through the drive thru became a 15 minute wait basically and late for work. I get it if I have to wait in a drive thru and the line is long, but I was 3 cars from the order screen here still had a 15 minute drive-thru visit. The whole point of a drive-thru is to DRIVE THRU it while getting your order, not stopping and waiting for 5 minutes and then move 4 inches… and not even an apology for the wait times either… If this is how you’re going to be when the students aren’t in town yet, jeez… I hate to see what it will look like when they are. Management if you decide to read this… DO BETTER!

I went with an easy order , and I could tell the girl taking my order was confused for some reason. I get to the window and she hands me the wrong thing and I let her know nicely and she met me with an attitude, her lack of understanding should not have been my fault. I kept explaining to her what was wrong with it, and she kept insisting I was wrong. The workers behind her all started chuckling and side eying us. I found it disrespectful. I looked at the order label on the cup turns out she did ring it up wrong like I told her before. Let’s learn some manners!!
