Worst donuts iv ever had, worse Than week old bread. Staff is friendly but so busy they don’t have time to help walk in customers. After waiting for god knows how long ( with no one else in the lobby) someone finally took my order. I picked a dozen, asked for 3 to be jelly filled sugar got 1 jelly filled, no jelly in the other 2. Dunkin’ has definitely lowered its standard.

I visited this location recently (and once before) and both times the hot chocolate I received was extremely watery, lacked any real chocolate taste, and seemed to be mostly just hot water with insufficient mix. It did not have the standard consistency or flavor I expect from Dunkin.

I’ve been a little busy so pardon the late review. I was in Middletown Ohio on a business trip back in 2021 and found myself in need of some caffeine (me and my boy partied ‘til like 4AM the night before). I usually go to Starbucks but quickly realized there were none around. My boy’s wife used to work at Dunkin so she knows what’s up. She put in a mobile order and we made our way to this location. Let me tell you, the entrance to this place is ROUGH! If your car has bad suspension, save your money and make coffee at home because you will wreck your ride trying to enter and exit this place. On to the coffees though. We ordered 5 drinks, 1 for me, my boy, his boy (son), his nephew, & his queen. Due to a lack of communication – both on our end and the workers of this location we only left with 4 drinks. They were out of a flavor (it happens!). It wasn’t until we drove back to my boys house that we realized we didn’t get our 5th drink. We hopped in the whipparoni and headed back to Dunkin. It was October so it was brick outside (I’m from Brooklyn, it’s alright). Once we pulled into that treacherous parking lot, I went in to the establishment, which wasn’t too busy inside but that drive thru was a different story! I let the worker know my situation and they let me know what happened and made a different drink for me (some sort of iced coffee). We hopped back in the ride and dipped back to the crib. Was a chill morning (literally!) overall.

Waited 20 minutes after the guy told me to pull around. He brought out other peoples order and did not check in with me to see why it was taking so long. I finally went inside and my order was sitting on the counter. My drink was melted & wrap was hard & cold. Terrible service.

Asked for an iced coffee told them everything that I wanted in it since the Summer group has left, their drinks don’t taste like coffee. They don’t have enough sugar. It’s hit or miss every time you go even when you stop them , before grabbing your drink to make sure that it’s right. and everything is on it. They look at you and say yes and when I say is there enough espresso in there, they tell me, yes and when I drive off, it’s not I’m drinking sugar and milk.
