I don’t understand why this location is so much worse than the other Dunkin’s we go to. There’s a huge difference between this location and the one on 22-3 by Meijer near Fields Ertel. The Maineville location is constantly messing up our orders, or undercooking the potato crisp, and the drinks are very inconsistent in regards to how they are made. And the bagels here are very chewy and they over cook them in the toaster when we get the $6 meal deal, while the 22&3 locations bagels are soft and pillowy, the potato crisp are crisp and cooked properly, and the drinks are almost always consistent. Today, for example, we ordered two $6 meal deals, both with everything bagels on the sandwiches. We received one plain bagel and one everything bagel sandwich, and the everything bagel one was so overcooked and chewy we end up throwing it out. The potato crisp were practically mush and the drinks we ordered very bitter, even though we order them the same way every time. This location just seems to continuously be going down hill.

Ordered our coffees. Employees were friendly upbeat and courteous. May be my favorite Dunkin experience thus far.

It doesn’t matter what time of day I go here, or how many times I try, whether it says available in the app… This location is ALWAYS out of the old fashion donuts. This is the only donut I like. Not only that, but they forgot my coffee. We never even left the drive-thru window. We just sat there waiting for an employee to come back and notice us to give us the rest of our order. The coffee was luke warm when it was given to us, and it didn’t even have a residue of whipped cream despite my ordering whipped cream for it through the app. It’s supposed to automatically comes with whipped cream anyway, but I double checked. My mini bagels tasted disgusting. I don’t think they clean the oven or something, because the taste was just too awful. I took one bite and had my husband take a bite to see if I was just crazy. I was not. It was nasty. I don’t know why I keep trying this location and hoping for better when it is worse each time I go. I think I’m really giving up this time. I’ll drive the extra mile to Monroe next time if it means getting halfway decent food compared to throwing out all the food I just paid for.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing, and that’s saying something since none are particularly great. The slowest Dunkin I’ve been to, allow yourself an extra 25-30 minutes. The drive through is set up horribly, it’s difficult to get out of the parking lot if you want to go in because the drive through line is in the way. And unfortunately the drive through line WILL be in your way because, as I mentioned before, it is the slowest Dunkin.

I’m not pulling around the back of the store for my food because you have a “timer” that you’re trying to beat. Then after I declined, I was treated rudely by staff. I come here daily. Never had an issue until today.

Been going to this location almost daily for years. The drive through is great. But when you walk in to order it appears about 10 cars can get through the drive through even though you were first in line in the store. They completely forgot one of my items. I really wish companies would start focusing on customer service again. Its apparently not a thing anymore.
