3.5 stars – The donuts at this location are consistently fresh, soft, and flavorful — you can tell they’re made with care. The coffee is always spot on, hot and smooth with great consistency between visits.

However, the sourdough sandwich continues to be a disappointment. This is the second time I’ve ordered it from this location, and both times it has come out barely toasted. Today, I specifically asked at the window to ensure it was properly toasted, referencing my last experience. I was assured that it was — but as shown in the photo, the bread is pale, soft, and far from the golden-brown, crisp texture one would expect from a “toasted” sandwich.

Please share this feedback with the kitchen staff. A quick pass through the toaster is not the same as a properly toasted sandwich. This detail matters for customer satisfaction, especially when it’s a recurring issue.

Overall, still a solid location — just needs a little more attention on quality control for made-to-order food items.

If you are the owner you may want to pay close attention to what is happening at this location. Since its opening I have been unable to stop by and order food on the speaker or place a mobile order where I was given the correct items or have an order where items were not missing. This is a very bad look for a new location. This is why no one stops by. It is the only Dunkin I see in the morning that doesn’t have a line around it. I have finally decided to pull the plug on going to this location. Calling the bank and getting my money back because half my order was missing from online order. Enjoy going out of business. P.S lot 1 in Lebanon is wayyyy better. To any readers. I highly encourage you to stop there. They actually care and have wayyy better coffee and treats. I would rate the food more stars but the fact we don’t get the right food and or have missing food every time, I can’t give this more than a 1 star. The service is just people saying sorry. Not offering to fix it or refund. And the atmosphere I cannot speak for because I have not been inside so I am leaving a 1 star. Also pay close attention to the 5 star reviews. They are clearly botted and or payed/rewarded reviews. Absolutely disgusting. Just shut down already. There’s other places that would fit better. It’s a waste of space

Without fail this location ALWAYS messes up my order. Wrap was supposed to be made with white cheddar. Given American yet again…

This is the only location I visit that consistently can not get my order right. I always get two frozen never change my order. I have had to get extra ice or it’s to thin. I’ve had both my coffees with two different dairy options made together at the same time in the same blender. I don’t know if it’s training or the people in Lebanon just don’t care but this location is horrible.

Stopped in after open at 4am and multiple signs at the location and Google stating 4am open time but when I got to the drive through sat there for 5 minutes with no answer. Another car came up as well and also sat in line no answer at the speaker. Drove to window as I could clearly see a lady working inside just shaking her head at us. She never came on the speaker, never came to the window, so I drove around and double checked the hours everything said 4am. I tried calling no answer multiple times. Drove around again same thing no answer at speaker or window. Frustrated I just had to leave and kept calling and a lady finally answered and said that someone didn’t show up and she came in for them but had nothing ready no coffee or donuts and I stayed there were multiple of us in line, she could have at least acknowledged us and told us they weren’t open yet or that they would be open at 5am or SOMETHING instead of just flat out ignoring us and just shaking her head inside as we drove around. I took video as I went around and the lady can be seen in the video not acknowledging the drive thru in any way and just shaking her head inside. Not the kind of experience for a new chain I want to give my business to. Unprofessional and I will have to stick to other Coffee places who care about their customers and open up ON TIME. This one isn’t it!

My wife has been waiting for this moment for 15 years. Everyone we encountered had a great attitude, was professional, and QUICK!!!

UPDATE..had to knock the food part down a few stars. The past few times we’ve bought donuts there…they taste like they are 3 days old. Need to get that figured out considering your named Dunkin DONUTS.

This coffee shop changed my life. And possibly my blood type.

I walked in a mere mortal. I walked out a jittery, wide-eyed caffeine deity with the ability to hear colors and taste time. The barista greeted me like we were old friends who had survived a zombie apocalypse together.

The ambiance? Cozy enough to make a raccoon consider settling down and starting a family. There’s indie music playing softly in the background, mismatched chairs that scream “quirky charm,” and a bathroom so clean I briefly considered moving in.

I ordered a croissant that was so flaky it ghosted me after one bite. The latte art looked like a swan having an existential crisis, and I loved it. Every sip felt like a warm hug from someone who knows your deepest secrets but still loves you.

Would I come back? Absolutely. I’ve already named a table and claimed it as my emotional support furniture.

I was so excited to have a Dunkin’ in Lebanon. The dual drive thru is nice for crowd control, the staff was friendly and professional. I went inside to skip the line and grabbed a half dozen donuts. Unfortunately, I’ve had day-old grocery store donuts that tasted better. These donuts were cold, dry and dense, like they’d been stored in a refrigerator overnight. Definitely not hot or fresh.

Sunday 11/9 have been waiting over 30 minutes for 3 drinks because there are only 3 NEW employees working. Management REALLY needs to do a better job of training before throwing new staff to the wolves.

Yesterday I ordered from doordash. The coffees were horrible and undrinkable. It’s a shame to because I was so excited we got a Dunkin in our town.
