Come to this dunkin a few times. I like how clean it is and My coffee is made the way I like it. I got the kreme delight and it was good. I try to avoid to much sugar but it looked tempting. I noticed they now have sugar free vanilla so will try that next visit. The employees were friendly.

The Willard Dunkin HAD been the best when it came to drink orders out of all the others I have been too. But, lately, it has not been great. Out of 4 drink orders only one has been correct. I don’t know if they are training a new employee or what. All the employees I have had wait on me are great though. Very friendly, always greeted with a smile. I think I’ll be holding off on anymore visits for a while due to orders being incorrect.

The people were nice but I got the bagel bites and I don’t think they were even cooked…no crunch just really soft bread. Couldn’t eat it without feeling sick. The coffee was good though. Just don’t waste your money on the bagel bites

I went to order a drink yesterday and use my stars for a free drink. The lady that was a cashier told me she was sorry she didn’t know how to use my points for a free drink. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t have the app that’s why she doesn’t know how. I’m sure I’m not the only person that user app at Dunkin donuts to redeem their points for drinks 0/10 would not go back to Willard dunkin’s and will be telling others the same.

This place is a straight joke. Every time I come here my order either takes over 20 min when I am the ONLY car in the drive through, or when I order it’s wrong. I ordered two drinks, a sandwich and some bagel bites. Didn’t even get my sandwich, didn’t notice until I got home. There was a wrap inside instead, it wasn’t bad but man I just want what I ordered, is that too much to ask?

Receiving day old donuts first thing in the morning (06:30) instead of them making fresh donuts is upsetting. I’ve eaten plenty of fresh and old donuts in my 50+ fat years to know fresh vs. old donuts. The donuts we received were dryer, frosting was harder, and just didn’t have that overall fresh, moist taste. On top of that, we received the wrong box in the drive thru only to find out after we got home 20 minutes later. I can appreciate trying to get ahead the evening prior for the following morning’s rush, but when your reputation is built on fresh donuts and coffee, maybe it’s just “time to go make the donuts” early in the morning like the old commercials used to advertise!

I’ve never been inside. I’m usually there every morning getting a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and today it was just a little too much and a little excessive. A little bit faster in drive-through would be a plus! But my wife loves it so I gotta go and get her what she wants, you know how women are!

I went there earlier today. I ordered two small iced drinks and 4 donuts and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant.
Both drinks were completely filled with ice, very little coffee, so they were gone before we could finish our donuts wack af. The donuts had the smallest amount of frosting I have EVER seen. I’m very familiar with Dunkin and this Dunkin in Willard was a very poor experience. Spent $20 and non of it was even half of what to expect. Service I guess wasn’t terrible but it definitely was.
Sorry I don’t have a pick to show you the donuts or drinks. Just imagine paper, see through icing on the donuts and nothing but ice and some coffee in your cup.
