Didn’t get the food I paid for. The order was a sausage egg and cheese croissant, with an order of hash browns, no drink. Two young women standing nearest to the cash register were talking, after a considerable wait, one told me they’d be right with me as they continued to talk for about 2 more
minutes, it certainly wasn’t do to business considering their hands were idle. After ordering, I told the cashier to keep the change and sat in a chair for over ten minutes waiting for my food. I approached the counter and no one would even make eye contact with me. I counted at least 6 or 7 employees behind the counter, all im saying is I’ve gotten better service from two Dunkin employees compared to this Dunkin

Love Dunkin!! Stopped at the new location to check it out-not able to use mobile ordering yet but said they should be up and running in a week!! Can still use your app inside at the register to get your points tho! Very nice and helpful staff. Can’t wait for Saturday mornings!!

How hard is it to follow the instructions on an order? Apparently it’s very hard. Third trip to this particular Dunkin’ and they so far have failed to make any of my orders correctly. I also don’t need to be instructed on what to say when I use the drive through. Some people have trouble finding their words. I am one of them, I didn’t even finish what I was trying to say before the lady figured it out, cut me off, had me pull up to the window then instructed me on what to say. That takes a lot of nerve to do, especially when my order was wrong.
