I’m giving a 3 star because literally most of the time everything is fine. I go here multiple times a week before work and other than a few drink issues over the years (which I’ve never addressed), I think it’s a good place to get your coffee.

Not only was my coffee spilt on me, it was 3/4 full no caramel in it. I ordered ahead through the app and my reward wasn’t attached through my order. At least if your going to mess an order up give someone a napkin so they clean the coffee up

I use on the go ordering almost every morning. This location is the one I go to half the week. They’re quick both at the speaker and at the window. My order has ALWAYS been right, and I just LOVE Sue, who is often the person to hand me coffee and send me on my day. I’ve never been inside, but it’s relatively new, so I’m sure it’s nice. There are two entrances but you have to use the entrance on Pittsburgh, not Shuffel.

Asked for a Blueberry Lemonade, they gave me a regular lemonade but assured me it was blueberry. I said I’ve never had a white blueberry lemonade before at any other Dunkin I’ve been to. He said that’s the way it comes. And walked away. It was regular lemonade! Never going back to this location!!!!

This place is horrible. Ive been patient, Ive given this place dozens of chances. Mess ups left and right, they cant ever toast my sourdough sandwich. Ive been going here since it opened, and now Im done. They are always in a big hurry. Slow it down, quality over quantity, or better yet, hire more help. This place is poorly managed, it starts at the top.

I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances because it is the nearest one to my house and by the highway but I’ve reached my last bit of sanity with this place. Awful customer service, drinks are rarely made good enough to drink, soggy hashbrowns or hashbrowns that taste like cleaning solution, insane wait times. Just do yourself a favor and go to Tremont or Starbucks.
