As it went through the drive through and ordered my drink.I wasn’t even paying attention and forgot to get my wallet out and my money ready.And the nice young man in duncan donuts paid for my drink. He was so sweet and so kind. And I told him I’d pay it forward as well. I keep going back trying to find him again. I don’t know what his name is, but I do know what he looks like. As most people know, Dunkin tends to be inconsistent. Can’t say my coffees been amazing every time I’ve visited this location… but today they have redeemed themselves. One of the best Dunkin locations I’ve been to (not that the bar is high, but still). The employees have always been friendly and the service is quick. It has a convenient location for when I’m driving back home after visiting family in the area.

They are extremely rude and bitter people that talk about employees and customers as they are in their presence. They do not acknowledge customers when they are in the store and act like you’re bothering them for wanting to order. The donuts are very stale and the managers are unprofessional. This is the worst dukin donuts ever. This place should be closed.

I got an iced coffee donut and avocado toast today. The coffee tasted moldy?? The donut was kind of stale. The avocado toast was just fine. They need to change out the coffee filter or something. The coffee should not be tasting moldy, that’s concerning.

The service in the store was fine. Stress management during a rush could possibly be a topic of training. But also, so could consistency and apparently reading. My order included 2 coffees, a dozen donuts, and two bacon avocado toasts. Got the order home, and the toast had no bacon and the fact that someone….I just don’t even know what to say. I have nothing nice or positive to say about someone’s executive decision to box up and send out what they did. It’s sad.

If I could give zero stars I would!! You have about 10 young kids in there working I walk in and out of all of them not one person said anything to me! I got a order of hashbrowns which tasted like they had been sitting there all morning! I then get 25 donut holes and I ask the girl to split up blueberry, chocolate and glazed well I get home and would you know there’s powered in there as well. Also did they stop putting glaze on their glazed donuts?? I also got a southern peacan coffee that was so sweet I threw the whole thing away. Terrible food and customer service!!

I mostly go here through the drive through but i need to talk about my last experience here. And before i begin it’s not a bad review. So after me and my grandma were out to go shopping we got hungry so we got a donut. And lemma just say this guy was so nice when we ordered from him. Sadly I don’t remember his name but he gave us a free donut because it was closing time. Their coffee and donuts are really good.

I go here often on my lunch breaks to grab a quick Iced Coffee. The service is always friendly. Well for the most part. However there is a GM that’s there sometimes that gives nothing but Attitude. I ask for less Ice in my coffee and she told me she’s going to charge me more because I was using product. I didn’t appreciate that Attitude but I still go back.
