When I walked into Dunkin’, I said hi to one of the girls with curly hair, but she just gave me a look and didn’t respond. The other staff members were busy, and she was just standing there. It wasn’t until another employee reminded her that she came over to take our order, and she didn’t seem very willing to help. Really bad service. The attitude keeps getting worse.

Great donuts and drinks. Unfortunately it happens very often that we have ordered específic donuts, and 10 minutes later, when we get our order, our order is all messed up. They should take their boxes and place the donuts at the same time the customer is placing the order to avoid this issue, and then charge for it. Other than that, we love to visit you. Fall donuts are delish.

I go to dunkin way too much but this one every time I come through I get great customer service but they always mess up one of my drinks. I would understand if it’s once in a while but it’s every time I go there. This time I got the peppermint mocha hot chocolate but they used coffee instead of hot chocolate. You can taste and smell the difference immediately. Don’t recommend for drinks and the food is decent half the time.

If I order no whip cream. I mean no whip cream. Its more like chocolate milk. Cold but not frozen. Just throwing the 10 munchkins in the bag is kind of crazy to me. After spending $18 here. Do better… update. They still can’t understand NO WHIP CREAM!.update.. 8-3-25 still 3 tries to get my order right. Dropping rating to 1 star. Will change when they can get a simple order correctly. 1 frozen hot chocolate WITH OUT WHIP CREAM. Update. 8-23-25. Still can’t read no whipped cream. Scraped it off and called it a day.

I’ve gotten drinks and donuts and they are always perfect but anytime I order some kind of sandwich. The bread is always burnt and hard and the Meat or eggs are cold and never cooked. If I wanted something from Dunkin food wise, I would have to drive at least 20 minutes away, just to be satisfied

I went inside as drive thru was wrapped around the building. There was NOBODY INSIDE- no wait inside.
I ordered 2 hot coffees, a gift card and a donut. I was also told, by the manager, my rewards account couldn’t be scanned nor looked up and I’d have to do it myself with the receipt. I’ve not had that happen before.
Also the cashier got out 2 gift cards and then didn’t know which one was mine.
It also took 12 minutes for my order.
Other customers who placed coffee and food orders after me had been served & left.
My order wasnt difficult: A decaf coffee with Carmel. And a pumpkin spice latte and a donut.
I find ALL of this very disheartening. The staff was not pleasant, the manager wasn’t helpful nor nice. She was angry that I asked questions and she barked her snswers at me. Which in a retail atmosphere isn’t a great thing to do.

The facility itself was also dirty inside.

I know this is a weird flex, but I **only** eat at the fast food places here in Louisville. Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

This place is the worst fast food joint in town. When they’re not forgetting half the items, (I’m not overexaggerating, multiple times we will order 6 things, and only 3 things will be in the bag,) they’ll be making coffees differently every day, the bagels will be hard and cold, they’ll be sold out of random things, and Ive seen a particular manager being rude as heck to other people (not myself) completely unwarranted. The list of problems goes on.

I just hope the franchise owner or the appropriate people actually read these and are looking to make a positive change.

I stop by store #3727 every Sunday. They almost always hand me a iced coffee. I order coffee. They acted like they didn’t know what. Regular coffee was. 2 times this month I literally had to explain it to them. So odd. This weekend I ordered a coffee and 2 donuts at 4:07:25 pm. They got the coffee correct and only gave me one donut. SMH. I had 2 kids in the car and only 1 donut. Then they won’t answered the phone. Ridiculous.

I put in a mobile order at 5:40 a.m. I didn’t get my food until a half an hour later at 6:10 as I watched 15 people who ordered more than me get their stuff and go. I actually had to go through the drive-thru after I noticed there wasn’t a line for about 6 minutes to get my stuff and even then, it still took another 8 minutes. They were not short staffed. There was three in the front more in the back and more workers coming in.

I’m glad I used my points to get my coffee and hash browns for free. My coffee wasn’t full and was half foam, and my hash browns had to be peeled off the bottom of the bag like they were stepped on. At first I thought the coffee didn’t taste good either, but I gave it a better mix and it’s okay. I primarily don’t like being that person to go back even if it is bad, especially when I think the issues may be due to them being severely understaffed for the kind of business they get. Being off of a freeway, they have a line almost every time I go there. So I think they’re doing their best, as long as they don’t step on the hash browns (KIDDING!)
