Not from the area was here for football playoffs at the high school. Just need a quick snack on the way. It was anything but quick. My coffee was wrong had to have it re made. Guy at the window asked be 3 times at the order screen what my order was then again twice at the window. I was in the like for almost 15 minutes. This is what my wrap looked like after I waited forever for it. They need help and better customer service.

My daughter has been so excited about the opening today so we had to go check it out. It was busy which was to be expected since they had just opened their doors for the first time an hour before we got there. The inside is nice, we didn’t have to wait very long even though they were a lot of people there. Everyone was friendly and the donuts were delicious. Will be back for coffee tomorrow. Pulling around the back to leave is kinda rough though (which I’m sure will be fixed) so just drive slowly through there.

The in-store line was long and slow, so while waiting in line I placed a mobile online order for carryout. When our order was fulfilled they made two large iced fr vn lattes instead of one large iced fr vn latte and a large hot frn vn cappuccino. But our biggest complaint is that our iced donuts were stacked in the bag so obviously the bottom donut had no icing on it since it was stuck to the bottom of the top donut. So much for ordering two iced donuts. Carrollton,Ohio Dunkin.

Was lucky #45 on grand opening day. Got there at 5:05 and was out of the driveway in less than 5 minutes. For opening day they were very fast and friendly.
My order was exactly as expected and tasted great.

Why prioritize drive thru when you also have inside customers? There were plenty of people working, they could of had counter staff and drive thru and not make you wait so long.

There is one specific worker that routinely never puts the cream cheese on the bagels. Every other worker has been super helpful and nice. I go here at least three times a week and whenever she is working I never get cream cheese on my bagel.

I visited this location via drive thru this morning on my way home from work, this would have been around 430 this morning. I was the only car in drive thru and my order consisted of two bottled sodas and two breakfast sandwiches. I felt extremely rushed and the tone of the drive thru attendant was extremely annoyed, rushed and unpleasant. I was not told at any point what the total payment of my order was. My order and debit card were thrust at me from the pick window. The phrases “pull up” “receipt? Yes or no!” “Here’s your order” *window slams* were the entirety of my interaction with the staff at this location. To top off the experience, my breakfast sandwich wasn’t fully cooked through (I ordered the turkey sausage muffin. The muffin was warm, but the sausage was ice cold in the middle).
I wasn’t looking for a drawn out conversation, but taking the time to say “please” and “thank you” or even “have a nice day” really goes a long way. Stopping for this type of thing is a treat for myself and my family. The quality of service and product plays a large part in the likelihood of returned visits. I left the parking lot feeling like I had wasted my time and money. I feel that the smallest attention to detail could have made this experience a much more pleasant one.

I have been to numerous Dunkin’s and this is the worst one. The service is not as friendly as other Dunkin’s. My orders have been messed up numerous times at this particular one. Most recently, I placed a $35 order, but they did not have $20 worth of my order, and they refused to refund my money. The only way to refund my money is through the QR code in the app, which would not work therefore, they were unable/unwilling to give me my money back! This happens frequently at this Dunkin, but it is usually only 1 item. This is ridiculous that they will not refund your money for items that they do not have. There is not always a comparable item to replace the one they do not have.
