I was here to buy donuts for my family. The atmosphere behind the counter was less than acceptable. I am all for a strong work environment. What i am not ok with is derogatory and mean remarks coming from a superior towards the employees. I did not catch names but I will next time i am in. Sad that a woman in charge is so spiteful and nasty to those beneath her. Not the way it should be.

This location has bad coffee and a lack of donuts. The hot coffee was tasteless with a lack of extra cream and two sugars as I ordered it. And it took 15 minutes for hot brewed coffee to reach the counter. And then the donuts selection was poor, empty trays, and a lack of selection.
Long wait to order, long wait for coffee and I ordered two donuts, it took over 20 minutes for them to be placed on the counter and it only happened after I complained. When I asked for a manager, the one who said she was one turned out to be the one causing the long wait and lines. Both employees, who said they were management were completely unconcerned with the slowness of service, lack of donuts, and the people waiting for their orders.

I don’t write very many reviews because I really don’t like to be a Karen, but Karen’s coming out for something petty. You don’t say hello you don’t greet me when I say have a good day. You don’t say anything, and then you give me cold, bacon and cold coffee. And y’all were weren’t even busy, I don’t know maybe it’s the day I had but it like way affected me. If you’re gonna work in customer service at least fake it and say have a good day.

Don’t come here unless you have time to wait and like being ignored and condescended to. When you make a mistake, the first thing you should do is fix it before you move on and leave someone standing there for 20 minutes after condescendingly calling them “honey”!! My brother and I went through the drive through this morning. It took about 25m in the drive thru, not a big deal if that had been the only issue. The girl at the cashier window was friendly and she is the ONLY reason I would rate the service at two stars instead of one.
The girl who gave us our food and drinks was rude and unfriendly. The first drink was made wrong, and the second drink she handed me was somebody else’s order – I noticed the mistake right away by just looking at the drink, and handed it back to her and let her know, but it had already been in my hands and in my car. She proceeded to have a conversation with another employee about if they had to toss the drink or if they could give it to the correct customer. They mutually decided “it looked like I didn’t touch it” and decided to give it to the right person – what??? How is that food-safe? Then she handed us our food, and the two bags of hash browns were burnt, and there was no fork included for the brisket bowl and no napkins. I sat at the window with both drinks and all my food, and was ignored by staff for at least a minute, and then had to ask for the items by calling someone over to the window. Wild experience and would NOT recommend this Dunkin. I plan to also reach out to corporate because of the lack of food safety displayed by the employees, absolutely horrible customer experience and customer care.

Went to the drive thru and ordered 2 drinks, 6 doughnuts and snacking bacon around 10:45 am. After I payed and went to the next window an older lady with glasses, hat and pulled back hair mentioned to the crew that they were out of all of the doughnuts I ordered and to just give me cream filled. Without even informing me. No way you you can just take my money and not give me what I ordered. I asked for a refund of the 6 doughnuts. The lady was so very rude and should not be in customer service. What a joke

They are always out of everything if you’re gonna be open for 24 hours then stock for 24 hours. I am so tired of always something being out when we get there half the time the order is wrong. There’s always an excuse that their machine is updating for five hours. They’re probably in there working I’m sick and tired of the laziness and the always out of stock so they don’t have to work
