The drive thru was packed but I watched the line move quickly. I went in with a large(er) order – 5 drinks, donuts, sandwiches and there were no problems. Iced Cocoa Mocha is the best!

I placed a mobile order, when I arrived the drink was wrong. Missing sugar and flavor, and not “light ice” like I ordered. When I pointed out the ice, they just dumped half the drink with some of the ice down the drain and filled it back up with black coffee. I had to point out again that it was missing the sugar and flavor. They remade it, but again filled it completely with ice. When I pointed this out, the snotty little teenage girl working there slammed it down and said “well im not making it again”. I had to get a manager to make it again and it was still missing the sugar. I left because I didn’t have another 10 minutes to waste. Pathetic establishment. I’m done going to this location.

What little service there was absolutely sucked! I don’t know how they stay in business! People need to get a grip on reality and stop giving a very poorly run place so much business, make them get it together! They forgot the only drink we had (all my 4yo wanted) and our Bavarian creams ended up being lemon! Plenty of employees but none of them really working much. The bacon croissant was good, that’s the only positive comment I have.

I ordered 6 Boston creams and 6 Brownie battered donuts. I have gotten donuts several times but tonight the donuts were so dry. Like they had been there for 2 days. The donuts are supposed to be fresh. These were not fresh. I almost took them back but I live over 30 minutes away. Not very happy with this Dunkin.

This place is an absolute disaster. They can’t do anything right. Everytime I go the iced coffees/coffee are not made right and the coffee taste stale. Foods always cold and doesn’t taste right. They have progressively gotten worse over the past 2 years.

Don’t buy donuts and expect any filling. The “ cream sticks” and jelly donuts barely had anything in them. Like everywhere else you get less for more money… I’m sure the workers were told to cut back on the filling to save cost but problem is the costume still paying the same or more . We had pay extra dollar for the filled donuts when buying by dozen but didn’t get the filling
