The consistency is not there. Every time I order the same thing it never tastes the same and the matcha latte is ALWAYS made wrong. Why is a matcha almost white when it’s supposed to be green? The cups are also never filled up I’m missing a third of my drink? So much empty space and a thick layer of foam that isn’t even the latte part?

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location only they NEVER get my order correct. I have to drive to another town to get the right coffee. No sugar is EVER added every time. I’m not kidding I refuse to use this location ever again. I have to drive completely out of my way to get a cup of coffee made right. I thought maybe they just don’t stir it… Nope there is no sugar. Same with the hot chocolate no peppermint added…… Sorry to complain but I waste my money here not once not twice but probably about 15 times so I’m done

Tonight I ordered a coffee online and drove ten minutes to the Poland, Ohio location even though I live closer to the Youngstown one. I get to Dunkin and go in to get my coffee. My coffee wasn’t done and the ticket was still on the machine. I waited another 15 mins to get someone to notice I was even in the building because they were all in the back room cursing and screaming. Not one person was in the front of the restaurant. Worst experience

I only gave it three stars because my coffee was at least right. Their food is horrible this would be the third sandwich I’ve tried from here and it wasn’t any better. It was bland and my croissant was so dry and tasted burnt . Also got the hashbrowns about broke my teeth on them also over baked.

Total order $16 something. Historically this location has always provided sub par service, delivered by rude employees. Save your money, hit up another Dunkin.

Coffee seems to be watery at dunkin. Tasted like sweet milk. Stopped at another one up the road who was very nice to remake my coffee but sadly theirs is too similar. I won’t be buying any coffee here again. I’ve had their more expensive drinks that were weak and if this is how coffee is there then no thanks.

came at 12:30pm, waited 15 whole minutes in the same spot in line. received my drink, has absolutely no cream in it as you can see in the picture. even said something to the girl who handed me the drink and she also said there was cream in it. nope! no cream as it was ordered!!!! what’s going on?? tired of wasting my money at this stupid place.

Have ZERO clue why they kept running my CC but I’m about to find out when I get home. They were unable to provide a receipt, were unable to understand “hot coffee with milk”, and just handed me what was on deck. Yikes! That was painful!

We come every morning and get the same coffee, every time we come they don’t listen specially Erica, they make coffee the way they like for you & get mad when we try and change order or call in. They don’t answer the phone. Mind you it’s no customers at 5:15 in the morning so it’s no reason to not answer. THEY DONT LISTEN AT ALL.
