It’s a pretty standard dunkin. Very clean inside but staff has gotten my order wrong multiple times in a row. Every time I order a sausage Sourdough sandwich I get a regular bacon one. This time I ordered the sausage one and there were two bacon sandwiches in my order instead of the one sandwich I actually ordered. Drinks are always fine but sandwich makers need to maybe pay a little more attention to their jobs.

My drinks are always made right here! The workers are always kind and respectful!! We order all different kinds of drinks and they have always been top notch and delicious. This Dunkin is definitely doing it right. The drive thru is also very very quick. 5/5 easy

Poor customer service. A friend preordered 4 dozen donuts for an event we were having. Manager wrote it in their book and told her to just pay upon pick up. Manager on 08/10 wouldn’t come out of the office to event speak to her, sent person that was at the counter. The person told her “you didn’t even prepay so I actually don’t have to do anything for you” like WHAT?! Friend had to say “you didn’t even bother to apologize for the mishap” which then of course he apologized. Didn’t offer any sort of assistance, just left her with 2 dozen donuts and not even the flavors she had preordered. Terrible customer service. When asked who the franchise owner was we were told they do not have his number.
