I love Dunkin but not the prices! Also I rated 4 stars because this is the second time I’ve gotten food from this location that has been wrong from what I ordered. This location is still fairly new but there’s no excuse for not reading properly unless you’re illiterate (in which case you shouldn’t have been hired). Disappointed they got rid of certain signature coffees and lattes from their menu but I understand they’re seasonal and most places offer seasonal items that go away unfortunately. Lastly, I can’t stack coupons and it’s dumb that their system takes the cheaper deal and leaves the customer to pay the more expensive stuff.

I’ve gotten a large matcha with no ice for over 5 years from dunkin and this is the first time I’ve received one HALF FULL because I wanted no ice. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will no longer go here. My boyfriend just got a caramel ice coffee no ice fully filled yet I somehow deserve less of a service? This drink was $5.29 for me to get this. Don’t go here.

Put in a mobile order early in the am, got my stuff went home. Tried my coffee and it tasted like tea. Called up there and they knew it was me calling. She told me to come back up and they’ll remake it or just save it and bring it back with me at a later time when I wanted a new coffee made? I drove back up. She got nasty with me and slammed the window shut. The new coffee tasted like straight coffee and not enough cream and sugar like I wanted. So I drove back around and said that it didn’t taste right. She proceeded to get nasty with me. And said she knew it was made right because she made it. Was just being nasty. So thank you to who ever the long black haired lady was, def will be putting in a complaint about you

I asked an extra pump of sugar after she gave me my coffee and the young lady working was super sweet abt it. She gave me 2 pumps, mixed the coffee, and reput the cold foam on top. She went above and beyond. Thank you! Also the breakfast tacos are to die for!!
