I went around 4:00 and the staff were so rude and was telling me the drink I was ordering wasn’t a drink but they had it on the app, then they proceeded to give away the orders from the cars behind me thru the first window while I sat for 15 minutes for a medium iced chi with cookie butter syrup. Mind you they weren’t busy we were the first car in the drive thru and the parking lot was empty. Definitely will not be coming back an if I do im making sure the stuff that was there isnt the same people again!

Been coming to this location since they opened. The only reason is because they are so close to our home. However, they only get our order right maybe 40% of the time. While I was pregnant, I would order decaf coffee, and they would still give me regular. Also, I’ve ordered the same exact coffee for 9 years (whenever I order just my regular coffee this does not include my lattes) and I say the same thing each and every time I order it. However, this location doesn’t quite understand. What an extra large, regular hot caramel coffee is. It’s an extra large, regular hot coffee with five caramel swirl. I do not add creamer, sugar, and when they ask me, I say no. However, they just can’t manage to get it right. also on multiple occasions, I’ve ordered my three year-old hashbrowns and there are only three or four hashbrowns. So I’m not sure if they purposely short my child his food or what the problem is, but something needs to be done. I don’t think that every single time an order is placed we have to double check everything before we leave. I should be able to trust that they can get my order right more than half of the time… and all this being said, the workers there are super friendly and nice. However, there needs to be better management and communication.

I love this place got good food and drinks but I didn’t like the girl that waited on me though her name was Abby. Idk if she’s new but she was less than enthusiastic about taking my order acted like she didn’t want to be there. I ordered the 6 dollar deal and she sighed and said every time under her breath. The whole time I observed her it wasn’t good. Didn’t even smile. Like I said usually don’t have a problem in there but today was different.

You want a word of advice? Don’t come here during day shift. I got into line, ordered my stuff, and as I pulled up to the first window. I see an employee in the back doing who knows what, but NO ONE manning the register. So I move along to the second window thinking that’s where they want me to pay. I pull up, they ask if I’ve paid, and I said no. This blonde lady takes my card to the back while scoffing, and then I hear this brunette chick say “they never pay attention”. The audacity of these day shift people shifting the blame on me, instead of their employee standing around like a ninny, astounds me. The only reason I even gave two stars is because, night shift staff are way more situationally aware.

I USED to go here 3 days a week for my drink then they started getting skimpy on everything, I order with less ice NOT to get more liquid but because I don’t want my drink completely watered down and be able to get more than 3 drinks from it. Today I went back, BIGGEST mistake ever, I literally hate this location anymore. I ordered an large iced coffee with less ice so that it actually have liquid in it and it not be watered down but of course the cup was completely full of ice and after I dumped it into my tumbler I had maybe three quarters a cup of coffee. I swear if I was the type I would have taken the ice back in and dumped it on the counter.
I truly miss the old workers and old manager because the place really sucks now. I will stick with the one on Market St in Youngstown because at least they make it how you order it and they are all awesome there, IMO

So I’ve been banned from this location because I got rude because they kept giving me french vanilla mixed with vanilla bean and I’m allergic to french vanilla. The midnight manager confirmed that they were being mixed. So maybe I should get an attorney and submit all my medical bills from this. Because I’ve been going to his establishments for 14yrs (not this location)and now this and they are all documented allergic reactions to french vanilla. I had to take the coffee and everything to make sure. So I will not stop until the owner knows the truth and that if he was getting treated like that he would say something also. It’s wrong and foul customer service is not what it was when I was growing up. So now it’s ban people for your workers mixing things. I told them on several occasions and then finally the midnight manager said I could come on midnights and now tonight the blonde girl said we aren’t allowed to serve you.

This location is horrible. Every single time we stop here the drinks are wrong. The general manager is very rude, the employees are careless and have attitudes.
