I pay damn near $7 for a large Iced Matcha latte made with almond milk, I ask for light ice so they add more almond milk but not Matcha, so it’s just ALMOND MILK. I asked for more matcha they added MORE ICE!!!! This is worse than Starbucks anymore.

We go here at least 12 times a week. Morning is no problem great service and all is good! But at least 4 nights out of the week they tell the customers the Frozen Coffee maker is broken…we know for sure this isn’t true we’ve had my daughter 3 times stop around 4:30 and every time she got a frozen coffee but I would stop at 6 maybe a little after and they would say the frozen coffee maker was broke. This doesn’t only happen to us but people in our community it happens to as well. Maybe we will all call corporate to let them know the dissatisfaction of a lot of customers over this not to mention the loss of revenue!!!!

The drive thru line service in the morning is slow! I don’t understand why if a customer places a large order why not just have them pull ahead and take the order out to them rather than back the line up. Also the donuts are not worth the price they charge for them. Used to go there in the evening for coffee and a donut but when you approach the counter to place your order you get the feeling you are bothering them.
