I’m not sure why they screw orders up so bad at this location. We keep making this mistake because it’s so close to our home. Honestly its worth the drive to Niles. This location can’t seem to get it together. The food is always good. The coffee is messed up I’d say 4 of 5 times

dude. i can’t even begin to explain how terrible my experience here was today. i ordered two drinks and ten munchkins and it took almost twenty minutes to get it all out. the two drinks were absolutely terrible. i ordered an iced matcha latte with french vanilla and there was no french vanilla in it at all. it tasted like leaves. i also ordered an ICED COFFEE and there was no ice in it???!! it was incredibly slow there and there were maybe 4 people in the lobby max. the person doing my order had to have been new. please don’t put people that act like that behind counters.

Coffee taste like burnt coffee grounds. Just disgusting. Would give 0 starts if possible. Got a Carmel signature latte and their is no Carmel in it. My sister got her normal iced coffee. It was gross as well.

Perfect sized breakfast – I like the blueberry flavoring in DD coffee with creamer. 2 Breakfast wraps with bacon egg & cheese and silver dollar hash browns in a bag. The hash browns are seasoned with a salty garlic toast and need no condiments making this breakfast easy to eat while in route.

update..service got worse.. it was 11am barley busy and they messed up our order and the manager is not friendly at all.. worst Dunkin in the area.. Dunkin is Dunkin. Its coffee is great and doughnuts awesome. Problem with this location as compared to others is some of the employees. They’re not mean, just kinda uninterested. NOT ALL OF THEM. Also, I ordered a coffee, and 2 food items and they only got one item correct. 1 out of 3? Come on man.
