I miss the old crew! Rose was the absolute BEST! Coffee was always right, service was fast. There was a time I would pull in and they told me my order never even had to ask. My husband gets me a coffee every morning. It’s a ritual. Today is wasn’t right, it’s ok mistakes happen… I return to BUY another, and again it’s not right, this time I waited for a correction, AGAIN not right. I asked them to fix this, I could tell by the look of the coffee it wasn’t right. I don’t understand why everyone has a different way of doing things. I used to love this location! I recommended this location to numerous people. Now they mess your stuff up and look at you like your the problem. Spend way to much money at this location for the order to not be right and be treated like garbage when asked to correct it.

I ordered for walking pickup with egg noodles chz croissant with white cheddar instead. Got american though again. I used come here alot but not so much anymore due to lack of customer service and keep not getting what I order. I work in food service and completely understand how hard it is but when I am consistently getting the same issue I start to question about spending money at the restaurant.

People are waiting 30 minutes for orders. Store is disorganized and quite dirty today. Hot food was cold by the time I got donuts and my wrap was overcooked. Didn’t even apologize for the wait. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened.

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I don’t know who needs to hear this white cheddar cheese, is white. Plastic American cheese, is yellow. I mean it says white American right on your little sticker. But somehow you put the yellow cheese on it.
This Dunkin gets my order wrong probably over half the amount of times I order there.

Every time I come here, it takes forever. And the food is always cold.
There’s no reason in putting a mobile order through, I order 10 to 15 minutes prior to leaving my house, and it’s still usually not ready. Not one person inside or in the drive-thru today, and the food was ready before the coffee

I guess I’ll start paying a little more and going down the road to Starbucks.
And they didn’t even get the food right. Good God could you hire some people that can read the tickets?

Honestly think it’s get worse everytime I go here. Make there coffees with old batches taste like your eating coffee beans with a spoon. The donuts also always taste old or stale. They have messed up my coffee the past three times I’ve ordered it

Don’t stop here unless you have nothing to do and no expectations. Walked in at 7:15am, walked out at 7:35am after demanding a refund for the iced decaf coffee that still wasn’t ready. 20 MINUTES waiting in the lobby for a freaking coffee is absolutely ridiculous. There were like ten employees, and the drive through line was moving (slowly, but not THAT slow). My daughter said her cold bagel was good though, so there’s that.
