I was having a rather sleepy morning and dreading going into work. My mood was kind of off just because of daylight savings and getting less sleep. The whole drive to work I was so tired. I decided to stop at Dunkin, I was greeted immediately by Perisha, she was so sweet and happy to take my order, and made my morning really turn around. I felt so sluggish but after hearing how energetic she was just over the speaker box alone I felt more awake and ready to have a good day! She seems very happy and a manager really needs to appreciate the energy and positivity she brings to the table, I’ve never been greeted that well before at any Dunkin location. Give that girl a raise or something or someone else will. PERIOD.

I usually go to McDonald’s before work for breakfast but this morning 2/25 around 6:@m I decided to go to duncan what a mistake !!! Let’s start with that the lights on the intercom are out and it’s so dark you could barely see the Menu then you have probably the rudest person in tallmadge taking your order very unprofessional now lets get to the ridiculous food just absolutely terrible!!! Cold crescent sandwich just threw together any kind of way the hash patties was cold as ice and had a freezer burn taste… It’s safe to say I will not be returning no wonder they have poor rating

Great place for a good coffee. I had my birthday party here a couple of years ago in the conference room. It was great.
The service it good, I did a mobile order and I didn’t have to wait too terribly long.
I definitely recommend! Get the peppermint mocha signature latte at Christmas time, you won’t be disappointed!

I admit I am a Dunkin “holic. There is nothing better on earth that a well crafted, properly made hot caramel macchiato. But, here in NE Ohio, I am running out of locations to visit as it is such a hit or miss. I literally will spend over $20 a DAY — EVERY DAY just trying to get a decent espresso drink and i will be LUCKY if 1/4 meets my standards. I can tell, without even taking a sip, if it is going to taste like sweet hot milk or not. If you get a drink that is “heavy” (filled allll they way to the top) there is 1/3-1/4 too much milk/cream in the drink, therefore watering down the espresso leaving it, well, nasty.) This is not rocket science. When the are good, they are amazing. But, unfortunately, for whatever reason, no one seems to know how to make an espresso drink these days. Such a shame. I would assume it is the high turnover rate, and improper training from the management. If they would just taste what they are handing over to their customers, they would see what the problem is with their preparation. It is beyond frustrating as it seems to be at every location I visit.

Wish I could rate the food but I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line for over 40 mins waiting for my order. Yes it’s a Saturday at 11am but 40 mins wait is unreal. I knew America runs on Dunkin but damn. Over 40 mins for coffee and donuts smh.

I love getting the Large Vanilla Bean Iced Coffee with extra vanilla, whipped cream and a shot of espresso. Never had a problem here—drinks are always awesome. Fresh food too—can’t go wrong with a quick wake-up wrap or a sausage egg n cheese croissant with the buttery flaky crunch on the croissant

The slowest service I have ever received at a Dunkin ever. It was not busy, drive thru or inside. We were inside and got 2 sandwhich and 2 donuts. We had to ask for the donuts because we did not receive them. When we were waiting to ask multiple employees looked at us and did not approach and we watched them go stand somewhere else not doing anything. Will not be returning to this Dunkin.

Ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar. Staff was too busy joking around to correctly hear my order and gave me an attitude when I told them for the third time it was a hot coffee, not iced. Staff is consistently rude and for having 12 of them behind the counter you would think at least one person might do their job. Will never return to this location as this isn’t the first time there has been an issue.

Service was okay, a little slow, but when served customer service was excellent . I got a donut a coffee and tried the new tropical guava refresher which was really good ! 8/10 I would suggest no ice so it wont water down but otherwise really good

The drive thru was way too slow this morning. If there’s a problem, move that first vehicle forward or to a parking spot and resume taking care of the line! Hashbrowns were barely warm!
