A friend and I had gotten sick. Come to find out that the skim was expired and they still sold it. AND. I’m hearing creamer and milk and all the whip cream stuffs everyone uses sat out of a long time before getting out into a cooler. This place used to be amazing. Seem like corporate has some issues .

this is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. I used to work at a Dunkin’ Donuts. It just seems like they have no organization and no team skills. I’m never somebody to Review or leave a Comment that negatively affects people. But the service here is way below average. Like I said, I’ve worked at Dunkin before I get it when it gets busy. But getting your drink after someone got their drink at 7:17 and you ordered yours at 7:06 it’s kind of like breaking point. again, I don’t think it’s the workers themselves. I just think they need trained a little bit more on how to run the actual place.

I dont know what it is about this place the last couple of days but seems like things are going downhill fast. The atmosphere here used to be so welcoming and seemed like family in there. I went Wednesday 12-31 in the morning around 9 and it was like someone sucked the life out of the place everyone seemed sad. The girls taking my order couldn’t comprehend what I was asking for and I couldn’t understand them at all. Coffee was bad, food was subpar, and I waited too long. Also I haven’t seen that Ryan guy in days and he was always the one to make it right and always seemed happy to be there hope we see him back soon……. maybe he’ll bring the life force back to the establishment.

I’m not entirely sure what’s been going on here but it’s not good. We order coffee everyday and each day it is made differently. Large ice coffee with ONE CREAM and it’s as white as a ghost. Not good. Recent management change has created inconsistency in product. Service in a timely fashion is NON EXISTENT. they close the front counter down today and only did mobile orders only. All of these customers had to leave because they wouldn’t service them. TERRIBLE!

Decided to write this review because I was sitting in line forever there was only two cars ahead of me and I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes. This happens every time we come here we end up in line forever no matter what day time or how long the line is. Dunkin needs to do better and hire better employees

I have no idea what is going on down there. I have literally been getting coffee here everyday for 6 months.The last week has been super hectic. They are running out of stuff and some new girl put her un gloved hand in my coffee (they are coming from another store so watch that). Luckily the girls that have been there forever fixed the problem. I was also able to come back when they got their supplies in for a remake. Thanks to Devon for saving the day. He’s one of the best there (since Chloe is gone). Every night like clockwork best coffee ever. I hope it doesn’t keep going downhill. It used to be fun going in there. We shall see.

Blonde from yesterday who seemed to be in charge was having a rough day. Immediately specified they had no signature flavors claiming she hadn’t had time to unpack truck yet. Understandable, not a big deal. It was just her and one other person. The problem comes from her demeanor and not being welcoming. She looked like she did not want to be there. She also made our drinks wrong. Ordered Iced Decaf with Carmel, left with regular hot coffee with Carmel in it. Pregnant girlfriend wouldn’t even drink it. Waste of time and money. Hope her day got better.

This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered 12 munhkins and got 4… I ordered a stuffed croissant, only to be told they don’t have them. She threw me a sausage croissant instead. When I got back to work, the donut that I ordered was stale. I tried to call them, they don’t answer the phone. Not sure if under new management or not…I didn’t think the Ravenna Dunkin could get worse…IT DID!!! I will only go to Rootstown from now on! This place is complete TRASH! The people are rude, the food was wrong, and stale. Absolutely the worst! A co-worker, chipped his tooth on a hashbrown and had to throw them away. I would love the food administration to close them down.

This location has always had it’s ups and downs, but it is at it’s worst. They used to run out of a lot but at least MOST workers were cool and nice about it.. it’s chaotic, messy, disorganized, an extremely long wait, and the new employees are difficult to deal with. They’re too busy talking and hanging out to care about anything else. The employees that have stuck around, are great. These new ones have destroyed the place. I’ll take the extra 5 minutes to Rootstown.

Food was garbage and the workers didn’t know what they were doing. It took them like 30 min to get my order and half of the workers just stood around not doing anything. However, one worker with glasses named Lily was really helpful and nice. The others were so rude and need to do better.
