So unbelievably slow and they’re just standing there. they prioritize the drive through and its pretty obvious. why am I waiting 20 minutes for them to put a donut in a bag that I can clearly see in the case. Got a large iced chai latte paid then when handed the drink it was half full and they told me corporate policy said they can’t fill it up bc I got less ice. I paid like 5 dollars for that drink for it to be half full? No thanks. Will no longer be going there!!

This Dunkin used to be good, however, there have been serious issues with it recently. Many times in the past few months, there have been long waits for in store orders, burnt food, straight up out of something and not informing 20+ minutes while we wait, needing to pull to the curb, etc.
Today specifically, I visited around 12pm with my friend, we placed our orders in the drive through. We pulled up and the worker at the window wasn’t very pleasant to start with. After we told her we had two orders and paid, she handed us our donuts then disappeared. Then, another worker came up and asked if we were waiting on drinks. She was very nice! I got handed my drink, which was actually placed after my friend’s, so we still had to wait on hers. At this point we have been sitting at the window for maybe 3-5 minutes. The first worker came back, and my friend politely asked about her drink, and when she got her drink, handed it to my friend and said “HERE.”. How rude! I never leave negative reviews for places because I have worked retail and I understand that it can be hard and stressful, but this interaction was enough that I felt the need to.
TLDR: If you go to Kent State, drive to the Dunkin by Mike’s Place instead of this one. It is usually more consistent and the workers are all kind. The silver lining today was the drink was good, but I can’t say that for every visit.

Second day in a row the staff “lost my ticket”. Screen said order was ready but it wasn’t. Staff said they were working on it but nobody was. Had to repeatedly ask for my order to be made. 20 minutes for just a coffee is pretty ridiculous. Attempted to call customer service and was hung up on because I didn’t know the store number. Extremely unprofessional all around. Do better Dunkin.

This Dunkin’ is always extremely rude, very judgmental when I go to order my coffee and a simple order takes 5+ minutes. When I receive my coffee it is never correct, I have gone to this establishment numerous times to ensure this is a one time mistake. It is a repeat occurrence, I order Dunkin’ for simplicity in my morning and always have to make a stop home to fix my coffee.

rudest service workers i’ve ever experienced. i’ve been coming here for years because it’s close to campus and just this past 6 months, everyone has become so nasty and rude. i can’t even place a to go order without the lady on the mic cutting me off every 5 seconds. especially the gal with the black hair and bangs. they seriously need to kick her off the headset. absolute rudest service worker i’ve ever met.

This morning, around 10:28, I went to grab three coffees. An older lady who seemed really tired and wasn’t very welcoming took my order. After I paid, she just told me to wait for my drinks.
I waited for about five to seven minutes, and when I asked about my coffee, they told me to wait even longer. It turned out they hadn’t even started making them yet! Since I was already late for my office, I had to leave without any coffee.
I don’t want to cause any trouble for the employees, but honestly, it feels like they could use a little more discipline to get things done faster. It just seemed like they were a bit unorganized.
Also, I know you work hard, but a small smile really makes a difference. It can brighten a customer’s day. It’s tough when the staff seems bored or angry.
Anyway, I still appreciate all the hard work you do!

Went in 10/1/25 at 11:50-12 and watched the worker that pulls the coffee lever whipped off the cold foam off my mouth piece so I had ask for a new lid. But not before waiting for ever to get my dink because she went back to doing nothing after completing the order.
All that and not to mention how often I watched her press the lids against her body to grab it better. Like it was just gross…

Their bread tastes good. Too good. I’m not sure what kind of super refined sugar they are using, but without fail a couple of hours later I have the strongest cravings for more. Dangerously delicious.
