I would give it zero stars if I could. Monday thru Friday staff are terrible, donuts are always stale. I always go on my morning break and get looks everytime, very weird honestly. Weekend staff is more professional and nice all the way around. I think this place is LLC operated, and we know those are terrible just like McDonald’s on that Richmond and Miles corner.

Love love love this location!!! Not even the closest to me, but I make The drive to get this location! Staff is soo friendly, respectful, and professional. They make my drinks accurate and consistent every time…which is the hardest thing to achieve with coffee places. I also Love how this location has baskin Robbins. Super yum!

Ordered food through DoorDash. Delivery time was only five minutes and food arrived cold and inedible. I believe this food was made when I ordered it (30 minutes prior to it being picked up) instead of waiting until DoorDasher was closer so that food would be warm when it was delivered. Also, my drink was not sealed, so could not trust that it had not been drank from prior to arriving to me. Absolutely gross!

I ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade and that tasted weird. Then I had a sausage, egg and cheese on cinnamon bagel and something was disgusting like burnt, but it wasn’t the bagel had to be the egg couldn’t even eat it and of course the hashbrowns are burnt. literally anywhere you go the hashbrowns are gonna be burnt, but I’ll never go back to this one again I’m sorry Wasted $10 I should’ve just went to the one near my house

We ordered here twice on door dash and the food and coffee was horrible. We ordered xlarge coffees with extra cream extra sugar. Mines was Hazel nut and butter pecan. The first time the regular coffee I was told was horrible. The first time I also ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich. Do you know the sandwich looked old. We tried to get our money back from door dash nothing. The second time we tried it again same thing but this time the coffee was cold I ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted. Do you know that bagel was not edible it was too hard and they barely had any cream cheese on it. We let door dash know…Nothing again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This is our first time in Cleveland. If this was in Illinois this would be UNACCEPTABLE…Never Again.

The doughnuts are stale , we got them this morning at 9 am they were old then . The tater tots look like they were put in the bag and then microwaved they were stuck to the bag . The eggs on the croissants had black smudges on them . I have never been served such garbage . I couldn’t return it because we have no transportation, it was dropped off to us . We live in Banbury so we are not far enough away for the transporting to be the problem either.

Worst Dunkin experience I have ever had. Took multiple times to enter my order and it still wasn’t right. My unsweet tea was super sweet and tasted horrible. Bagel was completely burnt. There was also a person out of uniform behind the counter that was causing more issues and chaos than actually helping. Not sure if they were a new employee that was training or something else, but at the time they were definitely not helping.

So this is my favorite Duncan, or should I say was. They were temporarily closed down shortly after some issues I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced. Their app was down for about 2 to 3 weeks and I noticed that for 2 days straight I was not charged. Three days later they had charged me for those two days however after that I kept getting charged like on a Saturday when I never even went to Duncan. So they have now overcharged me by about 30 bucks. Mind you that the last charge was after the restaurant was already temporarily closed. So I had to call the main Duncan. However since the store is privately owned , I am still waiting on the owner to call me and rectify this issue. They have always been an awesome dunkin’ donuts. Has anyone else had a problem???

I had to come on here and give these people a 5 star review. If there were more stars I would give it to them. They are always beyond nice, always smiling and super friendly. The food is always very fresh and nothing is ever wrong with my order. They are super fast and just absolutely amazing even when it’s morning and it is super busy they get everybody out very quickly and everything is always correct. It is very nice to see a smiling face and amazing customer service in the morning Or basically anytime during the day. They absolutely deserve 10 stars. Best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I never do a lot of reviews, but they absolutely deserve it.
