Gave them a second chance after their remodel. We went late at night (8 or 9 at night). Food made us sick. The first offense was visible black mold in their drinks. I didn’t return to that location for several years because of this. This time, food and drink for hot but not handled properly or we wouldn’t have gotten sick. Not going back a third time. I’d rather go somewhere else.

I stopped at Dunkin’ tonight expecting to sit inside since the hours clearly say the lobby is open until 10pm. Instead, the inside was closed at 9pm. To make it worse, when we pulled off to go through the drive-thru, a worker actually opened the door to let another customer inside. That felt really unfair and misleading. If the lobby closes earlier, the hours should be updated so customers don’t waste their time—or at least be consistent with who’s allowed in.

Quick, hot and tasty! Gotta get my Dunkin! Very clean restaurant…loved the novelty and chic atmosphere inside. Still was able to talk with a person, even though you can now order via digital menu inside, or app on your phone… Very friendly service, too!!!

Literally the worst Duncan on planet Earth. Waited in the drive-through for 26 minutes and got the absolute worst strength of my entire life. Tasted like a warm bag of mixed nuts when I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso. The caramel Frozen coffee had the most disgusting bland taste I’ve ever witnessed literally tasted like a warm cup of milk. Not to mention everything had a horrible color. The employees in here clearly don’t give a Damn about anything. Didn’t speak a word and just shoved it out the window. Literally the worst drinks I’ve ever witnessed at a Dunkin. Do better!

How can coffee, with 4 creams and 4 sugars and 4 Carmel swirls, tates like a dogs water bowl? Like not only is the coffee burnt, but so watered down and then they add enough cream to change the color and add water for sugar? Like I don’t know how else you get a coffee to taste this bad.
And to top it off, you try to call and they won’t answer. They share the line with another company and neither one can answer the phone?
As if that wasn’t bad enough. There isn’t a way im sitting in line for another 25 mins to have them “try” to correct it, especially not when I have a toddler passed out in the backseat

Made an online walk-in order for 5:20 am yesterday. I had a 30 minute commute to work and I figured it would nice to have a coffee and sandwich for the drive. No biggie. I prefer walk in anyway because I like engaging with the staff and getting to know them since this would have been my primary Dunkin, not anymore. I walk up to the door, it’s locked. I’m then told to wait in the drive thru line for an order I gave them extra time on. I wait 20 minutes to just get to the window where I am given my coffee and my sandwich, not my donuts for my employee. I ask them and then they ask me what donuts. He says something else and I correct him and he comes back and kinda just shoves it at me. Didn’t say a word. Very rude. They also said they have their dining room closed right now…. Which shouldn’t be the case since I used to go to the Parma snow location almost everyday at this hour and walk in for my orders. Not only were all of them rude, gawking, making fun of me while I was at the door waiting, and then shoving my food at me…. The food was cold upon receiving it. Very disappointed. Please. To the staff working 9.29.2025 around 5:30 am please get better customer service skills, I used to be a manager at a fast food place and NEVER treated people like this. Especially to the white middle age gentleman with medium brown hair. Do better.

They have unusually larger cinnamon rolls and apple fritters which even taste better. They must source some of their donuts elsewhere. Their service is extremely fast. I was hardly done paying for my food and drink and they were just about finished and gave me my order.

Staff is very friendly. Lately, coffee has been hit or miss . It tastes like it’s watered down. Nothing worse than driving away and looking forward to that first sip and it tastes like coffee flavored water.

Came here a few weeks ago, it was around 8pm, I came inside for some ice cream and it took 10 minutes for me to get helped. I felt bad because there was only one person really doing anything while everyone else stood around.
Eventually all the other employees came out of the back, and a young teenage boy helped me with my ice cream. He seemed irritated to even be there working. His pants were basically about to fall off his butt. I guess thats what these kids call style nowadays. Thought we lost interest in showing off our boxers back in 2007 but I suppose not.
Anyhow, he was very rude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help me at all. He seemed more interested in whatever his girl coworker was doing.
This Dunkin desperately needs more staff that aren’t children.
