Ordered several items one was a maple bacon sandwich and they left the packaging paper inside the sandwich and I almost choked on it. It’s not bad enough that we have to wait in terribly long lines and have people at the window not know what we ordered but now we have to check our food for our safety They need to be properly trained or properly staffed someone is going to get hurt

Our power was out for several days and life was pretty tough. I know it’s going to sound silly but the familiar taste of the dunkin coffee and a nice sweet treat and made my day much better. As always, this location is fast and friendly.

Terrible customer service. I noticed they made my coffee wrong once I got to the window so the claimed to “fix it” by basically heating up the iced latte she initially made. They also used the wrong milk. The hot latte was cold once I drank from it. I went back inside and asked her to remake it once more. She proceeded to remake it and handed me this disgusting cup. I realized she also used regular milk when I got home. They hire immature employees- this is not the first time I have had an issue with rude and terrible service.

This has been the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes finally get to the speaker and waited 5 more minutes until someone took my order get to the window for my drinks and they was so watery it’s like they ran a garden hose over the cups. Never again.

I decided to go today before work, and I’m sitting inside as I write this. They have a ton of dedication, keeping things going with only 3 people working there. The Drive-Through machine wasn’t working, and after countless attempts of getting hold of the boss, one worker got it fixed. I’m proud of them for working hard! Keep up the amazing job! 🙂

Todays experience was not the best. This plus size brunette with a mustache behind the register was not the nicest. I redeemed one of my free stuffed bagel bites. Well she redeemed it and then said after she redeemed it “Oh well the mini bagels won’t work because it’s for the bigger bagel”. Well that’s not my fault you should have told me that. Its none redeemable so now I have to use the coupon another day even though I don’t get the bigger bagel.. ever! It’s always the stuffed mini bagels. Well you lost a costumer and my job always goes to Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m the supervisor so here on out we will be going to a local moms and pops donut shop. The donuts are always dry here anyways not a loose for me.

Always incredibly slow in the afternoon, but worse than anything is how bad the customer service is. You can be standing in the lobby or at the window without anyone even acknowledging you or saying we will be right with you. Just completing ignoring and going about business until you as the customer has to say something. Understaffed or not, training needs to happen on customer service.
