I frequent this location as it is the closest to my home and work. The in person experience is subpar at best with inconsistent quality of drinks and impolite employees. The final straw was placing a delivery order this morning in which my matcha was made a coffee, the bacon was half full and under cooked, the hashbrowns were soggy, and the donut I ordered was missing. Employees are human too, I get it and I know mistakes are bound to happen but this is abhorrent.

Always slow, always bad. Doesnt matter the time of day. Doesn’t matter if you order ahead. It takes 10min for them to even acknowledge you at the drive thru- has happened on multiple occasions. Any other Dunkin in the area is far better. This location needs better management ASAP.

I am only giving a 2 stars because the service is slow. Even if you order ahead. Which I always do. I want it to be a quick grab and go, but that is never the case. So just be prepared to wait or give a decent amount of prep time. Food and drinks are exactly what you would expect from Dunkin.

I am a loyal Dunkin fanatic. Every time I go to the Dunkin on ridge road by Target it is the worst experience. I order a head on the app for walk-in hoping it would expedite my order, however, every time I walk in there, it says my order is ready… But then I have to wait an additional 25 minutes for someone to actually make it when I say I’m waiting. I don’t know what it is with this particular spot. It’s been like this ever since it opened and this is my last time going there. Figure your stuff out. Covid’s over. Today the coffee was particularly heinous. I love the manager, he is a nice guy. The place is just abysmal.

Need to train your staff on customer service. Dining area was full with people waiting and the employee working on breakfast sandwiches shouted “There’s nothing good enough here that you need to come all the way out here in this weather!” I promise you, no one drove here who wasn’t already on the road to it from somewhere. People still have work and doctor appointments, you are just a pit stop

This is probably the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The employees are often rude and the wait times for a coffee are over 15-20 minutes no matter when you come there during the day. It’s also often dirty inside and if you have a mobile order you are ignored when you ask about your order or they have even yelled at customers for asking if their orders are ready. Save yourself a trip, go to the Dunkin on pearl rd.

This use to be my favorite dunkin donuts. Everything was always fresh and correct no need to double check everything. Well today I went and had to pull around for my order which is fine. I get it and realized they forgot something so I park and go in. No one pays attention to me for 10 minutes even though they aren’t that busy. I get what was forgot in my order and walk out. I check everything in the car and my sandwich is wrong and the other order they gave me was wrong so I had to go back in. Sadly I won’t be coming back to this one. It seems like they have drop the ball with everything and no one gives a crap here anymore. I shouldn’t have to triple check and order after I’ve waited for 5 minutes.

I never do reviews, but for the last few weeks this location has dropped the ball plenty of times. Placed a mobile order for pick up at 6:54. Didn’t get my order until 7:08. They not only put cheese on my “sandwich” but I got no bacon or egg on my sandwich instead.. called spoke to the assistant manager (who never told me her name) She apologized & was nice but proceeded saying to “make sure I tell them no cheese when ordering & to tell us when you are inside no cheese”.. but I clearly did as you can see it on the app it says no cheese.. so I guess they can’t read & you have to hold their hand during their shift to make sure you get your items made correctly.. manager was saying how they are short staffed & blah blah blah. But as I always say excuses are for the incompetent & I guess this place is as incompetent as they get!

This place can have a line of just my car, a couple cars or a lot of cars in the drive thru and keep you waiting forever! One person always comes on and asks to take the order while another interjects and says we will be right with you but takes at least 10 minutes getting back to you. Was there today with a huge line and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be told their system went down.We then went to the location on Snow Road where our order literally took 5 minutes through the drive thru with others cars in front and behind us. It appears per the other reviews I have read lots of people have had the same issue. In my experience today this location lost a lot of business as the drive thru was dropping cars like hot potatoes. Management, please work on your drive thru service!

Every single time I need to go to this dunkin they make my coffee wrong. I dont have a complicated order in the slightest. Iced coffee with extra cream and extra mocha. I will never be going back to this location when I know Parma heights location on York rd can make my coffee correctly every single day. This locations staff need to be retrained in all entirety on customer service, how to make a coffee correctly and staying diligent on the floor. Ive been into this location thrice and the place is trashed both customer facing and behind the line, and the workers are standing around on phones and talking to eachother. I know the standards of food service and this location is not it!
