I ordered a Bacon Jammed Grill Cheese Sourdough today.I believe if you spend almost $7 for a sandwich it should be toasted not just warmed bread.I ordered in other locations never have a gotten a sandwich like this.This sandwich is amazing when done right toasted and delicious but this location needs to do better when preparing food.Customer service was great though which is always a plus.

Cup came only 2/3 full and clearly missing ingredients.
It’s a cup of coffee. Not a huge deal. But have had multiple other similar experiences here at this specific location. No functioning refund option via the app or online.
Can’t come to this Dunkin ever again. Can find plenty of better, cheaper, closer coffee in the area.

When you open up a business you have to learn to speak with gratitude and appreciation. Without your customers, your business wouldn’t thrive. That being said, “Good morning, Please, and Thank you” goes a long way when serving the public and depending on them for your livelihood.
My food was good. Bacon was a little overcooked. You can’t tell because the flash is onnin my photo, but the bacon is really dark. Hashbrowns were on point as usual. I don’t go to DD often because I prefer my donuts soft and glazed on both sides (personal preference). Also, the hot chocolate is either too sweet or too watery tasting. I tend to spend money at restaurants where I can get what I want. Nonetheless, you be the judge.

This Dunkin donuts would be great if they would make their coffee the correct way . Their coffee is very weak taste like water and cream . This is the only location that has this problem. Tower City location ,and this one totally different . I like the sandwiches here ,and the workers are nice but I’m not gonna buy a cup of coffee flavored water .

THEY DIDN’T HAVE MY DRINK RIGHT WHICH WAS NO PROBLEM. I WAS JUST GONNA TELL THEM HOW TO CORRECT IT, BUT I WAS GIVEN AN ATTITUDE AND LAUGHED AT BECAUSE I TOLD THEM THAT THEY WEREN’T REPRESENTING THEM THEMSELVES IN THE MANNER AS TO CARE ABOUT THE BRAND THEY WERE WORKING FOR. Although this is not my preferred establishment, when I visit this location, which is not a frequent occurrence, my drink is consistently prepared incorrectly. Furthermore, some employees consistently exhibit an unpleasant attitude. Simply if you do not like your job work somewhere else
