Pulled up to the drive thru and could not hear a word the girl said. She sounded drunk or something. I ordered a medium iced Chai latte with almond milk and light ice. My drink wasnt even full!! Not to mention, i paid $1 more than most other locations just because I was in Lakewood! By the appearance of the inside of the lid, it seemed as though it was full but part of it was dumped out OR they didn’t realize it was light ice, made it regular ice and just scooped out the extra making it not full.

I ordered nine donuts and one medium Iced coffee.
The price came to $19.00
They literally shoved my donuts into a small paper bag, squished on top of each other lol
When I got home, I realized it was only six donuts and half of them were ruined from being squished into a small bag.
I did ask if they were out of boxes and they told me no and just said they’re not sure why they put them in a bag… So they overcharged me didn’t even give me what I ordered and simultaneously ruined the food that they did give me

excellent sourdough breakfast sandwich. signature latte was better than coffee at home. the sandwich and medium signature latte came out to $11 so the prices are somewhat higher than mcdonald’s.

Me and my friend want to Dunkin’ at this location my friend got a coffee and muffin, I got chicken wrap. My friend want thru the drive thru service is excellent. The wrap is very good.

Pretty much paid over 5 dollars for a cup of ice. I have never tasted such a watery chai latte. Drink was gone in 5 sips after ice melted a good bit. 5/6 of the medium cup is filled with ice! Drinking this iced chai latte was like drinking water with a hint of chai. I really feel like I was robbed with how bad this drink was made. Most expensive flavored water I have ever purchased. At least Starbucks actually tastes like something with over priced drinks. This was overpriced and tasted hardly like anythng. Not coming back here to get ripped off again.

First off, staff was friendly and fast. Burnt cold hash browns. Sub par sandwich for the cost….like, BK has better cheaper hash browns and breakfast sandwiches. LOVE the mocha latte, and donuts are always good. I’ll stick to the drinks and donuts from Dunkin

I feel bad about saying this but It’s time to put The older lady that works the drive thru lane out to pasture. She slow and consistently gets my orders wrong, and when i pointed it out she just dirty looked me and grumbled underneath her breath. The rest of the staff are great but she’s a problem! Medium iced French vanilla coffee with oat milk and sugar isn’t that difficult of an order.
