I absolutely love this location. They are quick and accurate. My latest visit I had two young ladies help me in drive through Faith and Genesis. I was looking for something cool and sweet to drink not necessarily iced coffee because the tea I got had a funny flavor. They created me some kind of refresher and it is so amazing. They are always so helpful in that location and it’s usually my go to location. Great job to Faith and Genesis.

I have been visiting this Dunkin’ weekly for the past 2 years. The last couple months have been a steadily going downhill for them. My final chance to this Dunkin’ was when I came in last week to pick up my mobile order. There were two very young girls “working”. As I was standing at the pick up section, the girl making the coffees said “oh my god another order! Dunkin’ isn’t even that good people!!” I understand there are wait times with drinks and food, but when there are cars wrapped around the building, and your staff is EATING A SUBWAY SANDWICH and complaining about how “this sucks”, it’s a horrible customer experience. When I walked in I noticed there were two unwrapped Subway sandwiches on the mobile pickup counter, sitting with customers’ half made orders. Not only did she take bites of her sandwich while working, but did not put gloves on or wash her hands before she started using her fingers to fish extra ice out of someone’s cup. There were paychecks sitting on the same counter, with purses and a ton of clutter. When she gave me my drink made with an open bottle of sparkling water sitting on the counter with her food, uncapped, I asked for my money back due to the health code violations and unsafe food practices. All of the juice concentrates were sitting on the counter, uncapped and unfridgerated as well. Before she could even say anything about giving me a refund, the girl making bagels said “there’s no manager here to give you a refund so you can just leave!!” And I said, I’ll be happy to leave once I am refunded. They said they will not be giving me my money back so I proceeded to call the police. The girl making drinks said “oh my god why would you call the police?” And I said “I don’t need to, if you will refund my money for your unsafe food practices” and she proceeds to open the cash register and throw $20 at me when I did not spend that much to begin with. It is not her business or her store to run like that, and I can’t help but assume the manager is aware of this since there are interior cameras. This Dunkin’ used to be such a pleasant experience. I used to have the owner and her employees make my drinks and orders and it was 10/10 top tier. I’m not sure what is going on with this place but I would think it’s illegal to have two minors working without a manager on premises as well, but, even though I will never return, I hope that the store owner turns things around. Faster than most Dunkins in the area . Funny enough the girl at the window had brown hair she was very nice I think she worked at a previous Dunkin I went to in mentor maybe . But she remembered my order was very nice and had a great attitude . Especially for early in the morning .

The Eastlake Dunkin is always fast and friendly. Food and coffee is always fresh. The staff are always nice and attentive. Plus the bonus this place is always not that crowded compared to some Dunkin’s.

Came inside to get gift cards today and the lady at the counter a younger girl earlier this morning was very helpful and took the time to explain how the numbers on the back work also helped another person behind me figure out the app on their phone . Anyway the girl was really nice and helpful she’s usually on the drive thru when I come to get my drink in the morning very nice and get the line moving .

I refuse to go to this location after 2pm. The coffee is horrible. Im tired of spending 4.50 on a coffee when it is never right. Yes I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back nope. I will drive the extra mile knowing it will be right. And who runs out of ice coffee you are a coffee establishment. Im done trying and wasting money. 0

Quite possibly the worst money spent on donuts. Picked up a dozen to take home to family on a Sunday afternoon and they were as hard as a bag of bricks. One of the donuts looked like someone used it as a punching bag. Improving freshness and quality of the food will get you more business.

I pulled through the drive thru just a few minutes ago. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, and a medium hot coffee. The bagel wasn’t toasted, and the coffee was clearly not fresh. I know because I’m a coffee drinker. I didn’t want to go back because I had my sick dog in the car and we had just left the veterinary clinic. It was a total let down and a complete waste of time and money.
