Very good service for the morning crew. Had a pretty large order for a 5:30 pickup that they were able to finish very fast. All had smiles on their faces and really felt meaningful when they told me to have a good day. I’d go here a million times if I could!

Had the breakfast taco and it was so good I didn’t get a picture of it. Trust when I tell ya because I don’t lie to spare feelings. If it wasn’t good, I’d tell ya. The hash browns need not be discussed because they are ALWAYS on point. They are the best out there. The cashier was nice and the guy who brought our food out was even nicer. Overall the Vine Street (Lake County) location is 5* when it comes to overall experience. Visit them…you will thank me later.

The service was very slow and it seemed very unorganized. I feel bad for the girl at the register who seemed to not know very much about how to work the POS system or about the menu, I’m assuming she was new, and probably not very well trained. She seemed flustered in the morning rush. I won’t come back to this location if I can help it.

Worst dunkin location around. Almost every time I go to this location at lest one item in my order is made incorrectly or is missing. Ordered an iced mocha latte today with less mocha, and received a chocolate milk. Not a drop of coffee in the cup. And the bagel I ordered was stale and soaked in butter. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different location.

I am only giving this place four stars because of Berdon. I typically come here twice a week in the mornings due to having an internship an hour away. I always mobile order and walk in and get it because the line is always too long for me to wait in. Berdon is the ONLY person to ever acknowledge me. Five other workers can walk past me and not even look in my direction or if they look they don’t say hello. Berdon is always so polite and if my order is not ready yet he takes the initiative to let me know it will be right up and he works on it. I always see him working hard and running around in the chaos of the mornings and I just wanted to write a review to say I appreciate him. I work in the service industry myself so I am very patient with business peaks and being short staffed but it goes a long way to at least acknowledge a customer and let them know it will be a small wait, so for that thank you Berdon.

This Dunkin sets itself apart from the other locations in the area because of its workers. They have great personalities and the care they have for their customers really shows. They run their store efficiently and always do the job right, super impressed of the team there!

I woke up early craving a bagel with cream cheese. What I got is pictured below. A nasty burnt bagel with barely enough cream cheese. I got my bf a nitro coffee.. they clearly don’t know how to pour it because after the foam went down, this is how much coffee he got. I decided not to waste my time going back through the drive through and went to Bruegger’s instead.
