The owner is literally Mr Crabs, has an no ability to manage a donut shop. Always out of donuts, door dash charges your card then has to refund you your money A WEEK LATER because they are always out of their falsely advertised product…workers are all rude.. and it’s not their fault I’m sure it goes top down.

Showed up with my wife and daughter at 10:30pm for some donuts. There were three workers we could see. One just went on her smoke break in front of the store with her car door open. Another young lady held the door open for us but did not exchange pleasantries and walked away once we entered. The third women working on something in the kitchen area walked over to the register where we were, but just grabbed something off the counter without returning my “hello”. We stood around for a couple of minutes then went back to our car next to the smoker. We tried the drive thru but no one answered the menu box. We decided the Friendship Kitchen gas station next door would appreciate our business and money. As we drove over the worker who held the door watched us drive away and started her smoke break when we walked in to the establishment next door. I don’t know whether the workers were mutes or to high to talk. It was the most awkward customer service industry interaction I have encountered in a while.

My kids love going here for a quick treat. The Dunkin is attached to a Mickey Mart at a gas station. It is right off the highway so super nice for out of towners. Line gets pretty long in the morning but they move quick. I have ordered on the app, in the drive thru, & inside. Always fast, fresh, & works are super nice. I love this dunkin.

I’ve never been to a good Dukin’ but this was amazing. They were so warm and inviting! We were cracking jokes and overall just having a good time. The munchinkins were so good as well! The women at the counter was so sweet and nice to me.

We went through the drive thru. We ordered 1 hot coffee and 1 iced. Both light sugar and cream. When we got to the window they tried to give us them both hot. We waited while they made us a cold drink. The hot one was very sweet and the cold one was bitter. We did not finish either one because they were not good. I ordered the cold coffee all the time, so it was either a bad day or just how this location makes it.
We also had donuts which of course were fine.

Waited ten minutes for a simple coffee and it was as if no one cared. It looked like the staff was having a good time and I am happy for you all to have a fun place to work, but you shouldn’t forget that you are there to serve the customers. I ended up walking out without a coffee because I am pretty sure I could have been there another ten minutes and no one would have remembered me. Places like this are getting worse at service. I’ll bet the manager reads this and still won’t care.

After pulling up to the drive through and being told (after five minutes) “we’ll be right with you”, one would expect to hear back fairly soon after. We waited another 10 minutes and there was zero response. This could be somewhat excused if the shop was slammed, or the staff were on the loo, but it wasn’t and they weren’t. After driving around and noticing at least two employees chatting away, then coming back after a quick trip to the bank and still having zero response as they chatted away, I think the staff did a cracking job at earning themselves a generous one star.

Everytime I order a chai tea latte through DoorDash, I literally get a cup of milk with flavored syrup?? $6+ dollars for milk!! It even looks like milk not a chai latte. But when I order it in person it’s right. Right color and everything. What is going on??
