We stopped in here for a dozen donuts. The staff did not greet us at all whatsoever, nor did they thank us for our patronage. We did, however, thank them and all we got was a rude mm hmm. The donuts themselves were stale and old. We estimated they had to be 3-4 days old based on the texture and stiffness of them. To think we actually paid for something like that, makes us sick. We’ll never be back to this location.

We frequent this dunkin donuts often. Often enough for them to know our order pretty well. The young lady today with a ponytail dark brown hair. HAD THE RUDEST ATTITUDE today. I hope her day gets better.

Picked up my mobile order and realized I was missing items. Was unable to go back since I had to get to work so I called to see if I was able to pick up the missing items later or get a refund. The girl on the phone just hung up on me. I attempted to call back twice to which they declined my calls. Not a good way of doing business

They need to open the lobby- at least for mobile orders. This is ridiculous. Line is always long in the morning. I ordered munchkins and didn’t even get the correct amount I ordered. But the one lady working in the morning is so sweet and always friendly.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Don’t have something but accepts the mobile order only to find out when arriving at the store can’t do anything about it and going to make me call customer service to cancel my order for a refund? Then I asked for the number and was told “ Legally, we cannot call for the customer” in this case legally means we don’t want to help. Will be calling customer support and will not be going back.

Ordered one lg coffee cream only. Received black coffee even though the sticker on cup says 4 cream. I’m at my appointment with my undrinkable coffee. Dining room NOT open since Covid so I’m supposed to sit in the drive thru line and try to return a coffee I didn’t want two hours later? Not great at speaking English at this place either, is that why the dining room is closed? Looks like only one nationality works here. How do you have a franchise?

by far the worst coffee i have ever had. almost every time i have gotten coffee from this location in the morning, it isnt made correctly.. has no cream, some time has no espresso.. awful. would recommend going to literally any other location.

Ever since Covid hit this location has become complete trash ️. The dining room is no longer open and it is drive thru only. Completely eliminating any customers on foot or with larger vehicles that cannot access their small drive thru. Great job losing lots of business. Does not seem like they mind it thought.

I ordered a medium latte and they only gave me half a cup. It was Terrible tasting. I could barely understand them. The lady at the window didn’t even speak to me. The sandwich I ordered was cold and gross. I will never go back to this location. I lost $8.75 to garbage
