I’m out on the road at 5 in the morning so this location is only one near me open for business at that time. More times than not my order is wrong. Usually I go through the drive thru but yesterday I went inside. I ordered a drink and a sandwich, which I watched the lady make without gloves. Gross! Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Cant say I’d recommend them. Included a couple pics of when they actually get it right.

So I went through the drive-through this morning and the lady at the window didn’t even tell me good morning or hi, how are you? Didn’t say nothing to me that is not great customer service at all and then when she handed me my change back, she didn’t say nothing literally absolutely not a single word the whole time I was at the window. I just had the worst experience ever this morning with getting my coffee and I will probably never go back to this Dunkin’.!
