I wish I can rate lower. I recently switched to dunking from starbs cause it’s cheaper. I’ve ordered food here a lot and it’s been trash since then. Most of the time I don’t get what I ordered. You order some donuts customized? Check them before you leave because they’ll literally give you anything they want. My drinks have me wrong so many times I won’t be coming back here. I wish they would get new staff .

If you don’t know how to make new coffee drinks then don’t own a Dunkin. Twice they have messed up a salted caramel cold brew. If your going to hire teens have adult supervision. They don’t know what they are doing.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would or even negative 5 starts, their staff is so rude and the dudes that run the drive through are the worst, if you have an issue it takes 5 of them staring at you out of the window like it’s amusing to them, not to mention you can’t even understand what they say at all and then they get mad when you should speak better English if your gonna run a drive through where most of the customers speak English not Indian! This place is the most horrible Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to and I go to Dunkin every single day sometimes twice a day, dc if I have to drive an extra 5 minutes to the nicer one down the road atleast I get treated nicely and they fix your drink with no problem if they mess it up. I will be telling everyone I know to not go to this Dunkin and I will be calling corporate on them.

Ill be contacting the city of mentor to fine you for delay of traffic like they did to zappys auto wash on rt 20. I have no idea why people will happily sit in your dive through for extended periods of time to give you their money, when they can simply walk into ANY starbucks or gas station and save soo much time.

I would give zero stars if possible. I went there this morning for a simple caramel iced coffee. Went through the drive-through the first time. Whoever’s working the window hands in my donuts and a bag. I leave thinking that I had my coffee they never handed me my coffee went back through the line the first time said they had my coffee sitting there. I asked for caramel drizzle around the cup. They said this is your coffee no caramel drizzle did I ask them to remake it they said they could add more caramel to the cup, gave me the same cup said they’re not gonna use a new cup, tasted it. It was so full of sugar because they just added more syrup instead of fixing the problem they are completely incompetent went to the line again for the third time waiting line for about 10 to 15 minutes for one iced coffee. This is ridiculous. I will not be going back there again and I will be telling everybody about my terrible experience with her new staff

I ordered a medium latte and they only gave me half a cup. It was Terrible tasting. I could barely understand them. The lady at the window didn’t even speak to me. The sandwich I ordered was cold and gross. I will never go back to this location. I lost $8.75 to garbage

I go to dunkin all the time I’m from Lakewood but often visit avon and mentor location by kohls all the time.. first time visiting this one by mall and the LAST! first of its more expensive the even the west side and I didn’t even get what I ordered.. I ordered via app and asked for med iced latte 6 caramel shots 6 sugar milk less ice …. I got more than half ice 3 caramel shots and 6 sugar …. and they charged me ALOT extra to have the extra stuff which normally I’m not charged ridiculous amounts for… not to mention the munchkins are the world’s smallest I’ve seen… I specifically order less ice because I have extremely bad migraines and if I get alot of ice like that it gives me a horrible migraine because it’s too cold… so i got to sip it sooo slow .. but because it was made wrong I gave to my friend it didn’t taste right…

I went to this location today for a $3 latte between 2-6pm, see attached photo. I was told that were not honoring that price even though they have a sign advertising $3 lattes. C’mon, you have to honor that, but nope they wouldn’t. I drove to another Mentor location and and they charged me the $3 dollars that was on their signage without me having to ask. Poor management/ownership at this location.
