This Dunkin is a little rough. It’s cramped, unkempt, and hit-or-miss on service.
The location is tiny. Only like 1/3 of the floor space is customer-accessible, and yet there are still always cardboard boxes strewn everywhere.
Orders are delivered on top of some random coffee making equipment over a divider rather than at a dedicated pick-up spot.
Some employees are very friendly, but some are kind of absentminded (which is totally fair for serving donuts). The coffee is okay, and the food is a little sub-par, which is surprising because I assume everything is mostly automated.
It’s a fine Dunkin, it’s just kind of disheveled compared to so many other, better locations.

This Dunkin location is SO customer service focused. They are wonderful! I stop here most days for a coffee and sometimes a sandwich, and I’m always greeted with a smile and hello inside. Sometimes they even recognize my car if I use the drive through and ask if I would like one of the “usuals.”
I routinely see and hear the employees interacting with other customers and making everyone feel like they are valued, not just as a customer but also as a person. They truly want to know about their customers and make sure they are always providing a good feeling and a good experience along with a good coffee!
Even at busy times, the service is always efficient and accurate. No matter what time of day I stop by, it’s a solid team all the way around. I appreciate that consistency.

We absolutely love the M-O-L Dunkin’! We stop here just about every day – the coffee is always hot and perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly, fast, and on top of things—the line moves quicker than any other location we’ve been to. Highly recommend this location!

The Mentor on the lake Dunkin Donuts exceeds all the expectations a business should have ( very clean, excellent service, made to order food/ drink, community oriented with an amazing atmosphere. They provide great service have an amazing crew that’s very attentive to all your needs and requirements. They are very efficient even in their rush hours making sure orders are being passed out in a timely manner. I will always go out my way to stop at my favorite Dunkin location where my orders are always made correctly and I get to leave with a smile.

This place has really gotten so bad . The only thing you’re safe ordering is hot coffee . They always forget to add flavor ice coffee taste like water . I used to go everyday. I will go to Starbucks where the coffee is consistent and taste good every time .and definitely don’t go in the evening the boys that work there are rude

Everytime I go here to this location they fill my cup only 3/4 when I’m asking for no ice, even tho they are charging $1 extra when you request no ice. They are the slowest Dunkin. If you ask them to fill the cup to the top they get an attitude and still don’t fill it to the top. Today they gave me my avocado toast in a container that had stuff on the bottle. It was disgusting and luckily I didn’t sit it on my lap as I was on my way to work!
