Drinks are wrong 95% of the time. You get an attitude if you ask them to correct the drink that you just paid for. I would give 0 stars for service at this location. Starbucks knew what they were doing opening up in Ashtabula that’s for sure.

I can only review on the things that I experienced…which was nothing. I looked online for the hours and it clearly stated 5am – 7pm. Dunkin also confirmed said hours “about a month ago” as stated on Google. I drove to this location at 6:02am and all lights were off except a single backroom “kitchen(?)” light that was on. With that backroom light on I could see 2 individuals in the building. I proceed to call the phone number again listed on Google where it continued to ring until an automated message answered telling me that “the mailbox is full”. If you’re not going to open until later in the day, that’s fine just update your hours instead of confirming fake hours. And clear out your mailbox so people can actually contact you about issues they’ve had instead of completely ignoring them with a full mailbox.

Will not go back. Sat at the window waiting for our food and witnessed the worker place the end of the syrup pumper on top of the over flowing garbage THEN put that pumper in a newly opened bottle of syrup. She then whiped her hands on her pants and pulled out her cell phone completely ignoring us sitting there. We drove off. I’ll get food elsewhere.

The large iced caramel macchiato that I paid to have two extra shots of espresso when they didn’t even put that in so they took my money and then they pretty much gave me milk. That is what my coffee taste like is cold milk with a hit of coffee, horrible service and I watched them and asked her if she didn’t she said yeah no you didn’t.

I put in a mobile order for one coffee at 7:29. I was still inside waiting by 7:59. The one bakery lady was SO kind and tried to get other staffs attention that I was waiting but they ignored the both of us. Lots of staff was horsing around laughing. One lady told a boy to ask what I had and they said it’s already out there and pointed to a drink that I already said was NOT my name or mine. He told someone else to make it, who said he didn’t want to do it. I had to leave for work, as I was leaving they finally called out “wait what did you have?” I was never rude, I patiently waited, but still left with nothing. I’d rather go to Conneaut or Geneva

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Several staff claimed no manager was on site. Refused to take business at the register. Would recommend looking for coffee and donuts at a different establishment.

Well, I know one reason why Starbucks is going to do fabulous and Ashtabula,it’s because Dunkin’ Donuts in Ashtabula has bad service and not open for orders on Sunday as well. Walk in the door and not one person speaks to you. Hurry up Starbucks.!

Staff is slow. Rude and inattentive. Only people in the store and stood in line for 10 minutes at the counter. Asked 3 times if I was ready to order. Said yes each time. The staff would walk away when I say yes and not take my order.

We walked in to be served and the employee barked at us, We are not serving walk inside. And that was with a person sitting inside eating. I didn’t see any donuts and she yelled back they are on the other side. The door was unlocked and there was no sign. How rude. Lock the door and put up a sign. We won’t be back.
