Picked up a mobile order for myself and a couple co-workers. I had the ice coffee which was very good. I ordered a side of the hashbrowns and was not impressed by the quantity. For $1.50 I only received 5 round hashbrowns (comparable size to Burger King). Their donuts are always good as well!

I see why everyone is saying they’re slow lol. First experience at this Dunkin: two girls on their phones, just talking to each other instead of making the order. Finished answering a text on their phone before taking an order. I can see if an emergency, but they just seemed super chill. Never seen someone open a bag and put a wrap in it so slow before. We have stopped by this location every Monday night for the past few months. Each time, we order ahead on the app, and we are typically the only customers on the lot. We go through the drive-thru and receive a kind greeting. Once we pull to the second window, there is typically about a 5-8 minute wait before anyone comes to the window. They hand us our drinks and they are always correct and very good. I’m always curious as to the cause of the 5-8 minutes it takes to make 2 cold brew coffees. Other than the wait, the customer service is great, and the products are delicious.

Customer service training should be a must. The customer service here is atrocious. The girl taking the orders was so rude and impatient, it’s very obvious why there are so many bad reviews. Just get your coffee elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment.

It was one thing when they first opened to have a 1/2 hr drive-through wait time, but now it’s just ridiculous. Low staffing is one thing, but it is every single time. And my order is wrong 1/2 the time. If my kids would eat donuts from somewhere else I would go there. The worse part is they aren’t even friendly about it. If your wait times suck, at least have decent customer service.

A bit chaotic. Went in with a super simple order—small black coffee, no sugar, and two plain donuts. Paid and waited. And waited. And waited. While others with much more complex orders who came after me were served. Finally had to flag down someone to explain I had not received my order. There was no shortage of employees. There just didn’t seem to be any order or system for how they would fulfill customer orders. Seemed like a management/leadership issue. Hopefully they’ll figure things out eventually.
