I am what you might consider a Dunkin’ Junkie and normally I don’t leave reviews but this Dunkin’ Donuts is AWFUL at its consistency in the quality of the coffee they serve, specifically the frozen coffee. I have given this specific location multiple tries and each time my coffee has either had to be given back to be remade or thrown out completely. I am done throwing my money away at this Fremont store. Service at this location is also inconsistent. Sometimes it’s friendly and fast, sometimes it’s friendly and slow and on a few occasions the staff has been rude. I strongly do not recommend.

15 minutes for two coffees ordered over the app…….and its nasty. Im already 20 minutes late to work. They had attitudes and were on their phones and the lady just stared at me until I felt uncomfortable when I walked in. When I said why I was there she called 3 times before a lady came out staring at her phone. Appearances are not decieving, it’s just what it looks like.. Today is our son’s 3rd birthday. One of his special request was to go to the “Donut Store” and to go inside to pick his birthday donut. We stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes. It was clear that they were busy with the drive thru and mobile orders. However, we could clearly see 5-6 employees ignoring us. They were intentionally not looking towards us. So, to try to help him order his birthday donut the kiosk did not offer his choice. We then exited and proceed to go through the drive thru. We ordered two of his specific donuts. We drive home yo eat the donut. Guess what?! The specific birthday donuts were not in the box.

I have no idea what they’re doing here, but for the past few times I’ve been to this dunkin their coffee and food has literally made me sick. Stomach pains, wanting to throw up, overall nausea, all of the other times I’ve been to dunkin it hasn’t happened, so I have no idea why this location specifically is so sick-inducing. Like mild symptoms of food poisoning. The staff aren’t any better either. Every time we’ve walked in, they’re all messing around and when you want to.. ya know… order something, like anyone else, they get annoyed like you’re bothering them and just have a bad attitude the whole time. One of the times we’ve went in, there were 3 workers literally jumping around and laughing loudly, and when they saw us, they glared at us the whole time like we interrupted their moment. Same thing, but the other time they were talking about gossip or something and again got mad that we wanted to just get coffee. They do the same thing over the drive thru too. From the bathroom door, we could literally see toilet paper trailing out of it in some sort of cartoonish way, and one of the workers just walked right by it when walking out of the bathroom. I love dunkin. I love the drinks. I love the food. But man…… what the hell ☹
