I would give negative stars if possible. ordered ahead on the app so that I wouldn’t be late to work, avacado toast with bacon, nothing difficult. Had no bacon and seasoning when I requested without. I explained it was made incorrectly, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and yelled at me to just move forward, I said I really don’t have time to wait I will be late to work she said “oh my God just pull forward it would take longer to refund you!”. I pulled forward and she handed me a box as she was SMASHING IT! like smashing the middle of the box. I took the box and opened it and I took a picture, it has the tiniest bit of bacon on it. Hardly any. Let alone the avacado spread all over the box from smashing it. I order this all the time and this was by far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. I usually go to different locations and I will not be returning to this one!!! I stayed at the window beeped my horn a couple times and the looked at me and refused to come back to help me and I was late for work!!!! Awful service

My guilty pleasure. Great donuts and other breakfast staples. The staff there are so friendly and go out of their way to ensure that you have a nice visit. The energy drink is really good and it’s nice to get a break from boring old monsters or red bulls. I’ll be back to visit soon.

Slowest store I’ve ever been to. Takes mins before the even acknowledge your in the drive thru. I’ve been to a Dunkin donut everyday for the last two years. Congratulations to this place for being the worst ran one. They need to go to mount vernon and train. Same store, same layout and mt Vernon is a well ran place. My husband works in Marion quite often and we recently came with him and obviously had to get my coffee so we swang through this Dunkin daily for the 3 days we were with him. The staff is very fun loving and sweet. We were only in town a short period but every single day my coffee was good and the people were sweet. 10/10 experience!

Last few times I’ve been here I got bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The breakfast sandwiches were barely even cooked/ warm, the bagel is got was as hard as a rock, and there was a hair in my cream cheese. Do not recommend.

We have been going here since this location opened and have been to locations around the country. We have noticed the quality is going down over the past few months. Nothing is fresh, and the frosting is consistently runny and thin. The picture here is of donuts that have laid flat. We have never seen frosting look like this at another location or donut shop. Maybe they are thinning out the frosting to save money? After this visit, we have decided we need to buy donuts elsewhere. This inability to implement feedback from all of the reviews here and on Facebook shows the owners do not care and is very sad for Marion.

The staff was nice and it was clean and nice, but I ordered coffee with sugar and it didn’t have any and my old fashioned ended up being a plain cake doughnut when I took it out of the bag. Serious disappointment. I hope this was just a fluke.

Ordered a large iced cappuccino and got this half filled cup. When they handed it through the window I could tell it was not right because half of it looked like it was just foam from over stirring it and told them it wasn’t right. They refused to take the drink and correct it. Horrible customer service. Waste of money and time to travel 20min for this.

Not the first time this has happened. Place a order in person pay for order then told they don’t have the flavor. The same person that put the order in then told me that the flavor was discontinued on Aug. 20th, so why did you sell it to me then? If you can tell me it was discontinued and the date you should know not to sell it. And then I had to go back in because they forgot the cold foam that I paid extra for. Staff was pretty rude.
