Ordered a large iced cappuccino and got this half filled cup. When they handed it through the window I could tell it was not right because half of it looked like it was just foam from over stirring it and told them it wasn’t right. They refused to take the drink and correct it. Horrible customer service. Waste of money and time to travel 20min for this.

I wish there was an option for NO stars! My daughter and I just went through there, and I ordered 2 ice coffees, One donut, and 3 orders of hash brown. The ice coffees were so nasty!!! The orders of hash brown were not even all the way cooked and had a weird taste on them! I put them in my air fryer and it didn’t even help! I threw them away! The guy at the window was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and didn’t even say one word just held his handout from the money! Literally never said one word!!!!! On the good side my daughter ate her donut even with the icing melted off!

Let’s start off with I love their soft yummy glazed donuts. My husband gets the glazed munchkins. This time we got them in no box just a plain bag which isn’t a big deal. Whatever. I tried a sausage patty today for the first time. It was cold and not very good. Took one bite and threw it out. I didn’t care for it. Decided I would also Try a drink today. So I got a small hot chocolate. It tasted like water. When I came home I had to add some chocolate and sugar to my cup. Will for now on only get donuts from here. Thank you.

I visit frequently so I am knowing by name lol. My only complaint would be that normally the lattes come out just a little hotter than hot cocoa. But not hot enough that you can’t drink it right away and sometimes I’ve gotten it to where it’s cold. But I can count on one hand the amount of times I’ve gotten it and it’s been so hot that I had to sip on it. Which I believe is how it should come otherwise, excellent service

Went through drive-thru for morning breakfast. Their menu board was broke, so I really couldn’t figure out what we wanted to order. Told to go through the app or come in. Service was slow. I wanted a receipt, and the receipt machine was broken. Clearly, they don’t do much maintenance air care about customer service. I won’t be back.

Ordered a dozen by Door Dash to be delivered with my Mexican dinner. 8 out of 12 donuts delivered were wrong, like they just filled the order with what they had made. Called them next day, they said they fix nothing with Door Dash problems. They refused ANY resolve other than keep my wrong donuts and NO refund, NO help. They have LOST my business

Every time I go to Marion Ohio I go here great staff looks like a fun environment. One thing I will say is that they need to change the radio station to something more family oriented because the music they play have cursing.
