Even though this is a new store, product isn’t up to par. Always out of drinks and materials to make them. I get this is a new store, but they should’ve had corporate here training and making sure they got off the ground.

Terrible experience. They need to shut the app. down for my location. We were excited to try donuts. They don’t have any donuts and I ordered a dozen assorted. I got all iced drinks. One was supposed to be a hot latte, the other two frozen lattes, we ordered two sandwiches, and bacon and cheese omelet which they also didn’t have. The app. Order went through and I was charged for all of these items. I tried to fix it but the “chat” is down for maintenance. The email option has drop downs and only allows you to select ONE missing item. Nothing on this order was correct and we didn’t get ANY food (including donuts!). I paid nearly $40 for 4 drinks and only the Starry was correct. I’m extremely disappointed. Please turn the app for my location off so this doesn’t happen to others who were excited about the opening.

My granddaughter wanted donuts from here and my wife wanted a breakfast sandwich. This store doesn’t have either…nothing but drinks. Won’t go back.
